I see this all the time in this thread and others. A content creator will release one boring video and everyone will cry and screech about how "it's so over" until a new video comes out which is actually pretty good and all of the sudden it's "we're so back" like nothing ever happened.
It's like when you've conditioned a rat to press a button to receive treats; it's just expected behavior at this point.

It's much harder when your videos are typically very long and detailed because it makes it easier to be boring that way.
And as much as I like Warlockracy, there's only so much soviet history I can take. Sometimes I just want interestingly narrated pseudo-roleplay.

I'm making sure I'm not going crazy but does anybody remember when he was streaming on D live and he was talking about his actual life before he did YouTube and he said he used to do Cancer Research
because I distinctly remember for a while he was streaming heroes of might and magic is D live is paying a bunch of people who are relevant to stream on the platform.

I also find it funny that he got really angry at Chris avalone for saying the fallout series has nothing to do with anti capitalism then screamed about death of the author.
By his standards pilgrims pass video that My Little Pony is Catholic propaganda is just as valid even though everyone would think you were mentally slow for believing it.

Actually Tetris is a secret metaphor for the rights of the workers and how the working class exploitation by capitalism you may say I'm reading too much into a game where the point of it is to stack blocks in the correct pattern but do you I say do you even have media literacy

He did that for a while. This channel has his streams archived.

They paid him to stream for a certain amount of times and then afterward gave it up. I remember him saying he thought streaming made content creators lazy... which is definitely true.

Those are the best streams and is best content when he's actually talking genuinely about his passion for a biomedical research
it's like when Jim generally talks about his passion for education and he really wanted to be a teacher.
Actually I think branding Buckingham went through the same breakdown when he saw how much the education system is completely
screwed up .

i find it funny that people like seth could literally be brilliant teachers and biomedical researchers but would rather make videos making fun of stupid people on the internet .

You actually can see the contrast between them and people like Jimmy Donaldson and H bomber guy and destiny without the Internet they know they'll be nobodies and have nothing and basically be working terrible nine to five jobs

Yes, he literally put it front and center and zipped it up in a video immediately following his SS13 video which, once again, played off the most popular greentext off as his own experiences.

Of course, people will defend him and say "lmao zazed so sasssed..." and sure, who gives a shit. It's just increasingly annoying that the few creative creators like old sseth and.. well, old Historian/or his current gaming channel, are resorting to copy-pasting when they literally pay people to do the work for them. I still watch sseth videos but he's still a shitlord and his angst is starting to wear thin. He needs to reinvent himself and the only immediately lack of such a need is cause his videos are decades apart.

No he doesn't. The majority of a content creators audience do not interact with them or the content at all and use the videos solely as background noise, the people who comment both on YT or here, subscribe to the channel and donate money are the small minority who will take the step to do so. To make changes for them will alienate the 90% who don't want the changes resulting him losing them as an audience.

Hes a funny guy who releases videos of varying quality every once in a while, some are good, some are bad, some are just making fun of weird fetish material and others are a nice intro to indie games not many people are talking about.

Or he can keep doing whatever he wants to do and you can choose to enjoy it or ignore it. He's not exactly selling out or changing what he's doing. It's clearly just a hobby that's entertaining and nothing more. He doesn't owe you shit retard.

I was there when he streamed on D live, a thousand years ago. He is a great entertainer both live and with his scripted videos. His editing got cleaner over time, which I appreciate, the later ones seem to have more gay shit, which I appreciate less, but still very entertaining overall. Hopefully we will not hear of him dying from silicone injections in to his balls.
