For the totally unknown games maybe, but for stuff like rimworld and kenshi his script was mainly regurgitating memes and didn't really represent the gameplay at all. He couldn't even be bothered to get his own footage for the DF review.

To answer the question about why people get so mad about sseth:
The videos themselves are just shit, but his fanbase's constant shilling of his shit videos and throwing a fit whenever they get told off is what makes people hate him so much. See the last two posts for proof of what I'm talking about.

Clearly a puzzle to be solved for the future generations.

It isn't that surprising in hindsight. Tower Defense games attract autists by their nature, and this one has chimps, pay-to-win, baked-in neurological overload, and requires you to delve into the Infinite Plane of Cheese to have a ghost of a prayer on the higher difficulties; it's a self-selecting fountain of retardation that weeds out all but the most dedicated of speds.
