"How you doin', Wil Robinson?"

Looks like Joey Tribbiani finally landed that movie role.🤗

Yeah, the remake was like what if we made him racist and gave him spider-robot legs.

The racism is literally puns. "I haven't seen you in a coon's age" or "How did we arrive at this dark situation."
The only positive memory I have tr k ated to that remake is flipping the sunglasses ? spectacles ? that Burger King had as a promotional deal.

The profit from that netted me the original Baldur's Gate from Babbage's.

He was ok. How Judy and Penny were changed was imo much of a bigger problem that's the same problem with modern adaptations.
Jared Harris is in this, as older Will in the future. His accent’s flawed, but honestly it kind of makes him sound insane, like in a good way.

Oldman is fine, does his shtick. But the whole Spider Smith thing... He gets bitten, turns into a spider alien, and they never even mention it when they save Past Smith. I’m assuming he still goes full Seth Brundle after the movie ends? They just leave that hanging? Weird.

>have a couple millions in the bank and in property
>do whatever you want
>nobody can boss you around anymore
>get residuals from DS9 and cash from conventions
Deceisive strategic Terry Farrell victory. Some of her detractors will have to work until they're in the grave. Just saying.
You forgot the part where Terry Farrell literally married Adam Nimoy, stuck around for a few years to put on a good show for family court, then divorced his ass.

She’s swimming in Spock money.

It's 23.1 meters long. Width is probably in the 6-7 meters range, twice that with the nacelle-arrangement. So, you'd have a boat with 120-140 m² internal space. It's probably closer to 80-90 if you account for all the stuff you're not supposed to access normally. It's a fancy space RV.
Runabouts were roughly the same (length, width, depth) dimensions of WWII era U.S. Navy's PT boats. Internal volume is where the differences between Runabouts [depending on mission module installed] and PT boats start to come into play. Even more so with Starfleet classifying and using runabouts as small capital ships as opposed to the USN and foreign counterparts classifying and using PT boats and equivalents as boats instead of (capital) ships.

Well, most of the mission modules for the runabouts are usually installed on the exterior hull (usually on the roof). But there are ways to mod the interior, too. The actual runabout is just nothing more than a warp capable sled and the critical modules (cockpit, cargo, your space shitter) are attached as needed.

The most impressive aspects is the armaments. Like, they carry 4-6 phasers and 2 tubes. You could lay waste to a small moon with that stuff, or buttfuck the next spoonhead Galore if you're smart about it.

The runabout looks so cozy. I'd live in it. Every fan's like, “I want to serve on the Enterprise,” no, I want a space Honda Odyssey.

Crucial detail nobody talks about: you can get pizza on the runabout.

They did so much crazy stuff with the runabouts too. Like shrinking it down in Honey, I Shrunk the Klingon.

She went to star in the super popular and well known Ted Danson vehicle: Becker. *scoffs*
The funniest thing ever is I randomly tuned into an episode of Becker some years later and noticed she was off that show too. I never looked it up if she left of her own again or got dropped from the show. (Which if you leave two regular show in a row would be the sort of this that would get you black balled from TV series I would think. Not exactly a reliable regular cast member.)

She was okay, but seeing her on a sitcom felt so wrong.

Edit: Looked it up, she's the one who left. Kek. First she was asking for as much money but to do less episode and be able to pursue her own work. When they wouldn't do that, and the show was looking to change romantic interest anyway she just left. The rest of her IMDB has zero regular roles after as suspected.
She should have stuck to porn she was a shit actor in DS9, and Stargate Atlantis

Quick install modules are the exterior one, interior modules however do take longer. Even if it just bolting down a half dozen or so rows of chairs in the aft compartment.

Those weapons are functionally useless against even shielded attack craft like Jem'Hadar bugs. As shown with the two runabouts ineffectually hitting the Jem'Hadar bug on its kamikaze run into the USS Odyssey. And again when Jake and Nog were flying a runabout and had to be saved by the USS Valient. Only with the installed rollbar module armed with four standard full sized photon torpedos is when a runabout have any real firepower against capital ships.

Or saving Dukat's ass by towing his stranded Galor out of the wormhole.

Dukat is one of those Characters you love to hate but also grow to like him at the same time, I recently watched the DS9 Episode where him and Kira went off to search for the Bajoran POW's and they Discover Dukat's Daughter ZyiaL. I also love him and Garak's Passive aggressive banter

That one directly feeds into the one where Dukat is in command of a poorly armed freighter and goes on a one-man crusade to kill as many Klingons as possible. Pretty cool stuff. And, he pulls it off by capturing a BoP, which becomes important later. S3-5 Dukat best Dukat.

You know, actually, the occupation was very hard for me.” :story: You have to clap for him every time he doesn’t shoot someone.

He’s one of those guys who could have been a hero, but only if it came with a parade, a statue, and everyone agreeing he has a huge dick. Dukat helping Bajor is conditional on a psychic balm being recognized as Great, and he pivots to the Dominion because Sisko didn’t glaze him hard enough.
