Trek Games - Loved Elite Force, even played around a lot in the modded multiplayer mode. Expansion is fun where you can run around Voyager.

Armada 1 & 2 - Fun if you like Starcraft style games. The 2nd one implemented more 3D into which was.... interesting. I liked it (even if I figured out an auto-win fleet build). Mega-cubes are dumb but awesome.

Birth of the Federation - Just awesome, turn based empire management. Definitely worth the effort to play. Romulans best empire (I'd always invest a lot in spies and have my opponents heavily crippled by the time my ships rolled up.)

Yeah I haven't played anything else in a long while. I'd like to try things like Bridge Command. There for a long time a lot of trek games were as cancer as other tie-in games. I'm still kind of annoyed the Klingon FPS game never worked. :(

Of course we can't forget THE best Trek video game...
(what? it was a board game using video - ergo, a video game)

Star Trek : Borg is probably my favorite FMV ST game from the 90s out of the lot. John de Lancie is just great in it.

No, we can't. :)

This game. Hands down. It let you fuck up and STILL continue playing. The puzzles were tedious, kind of like TNG, but the characters were fun. And that background ambient noise is soothing.

I'm gonna give a shout out right now to the space retards who totally managed to (temporarily) outsmart the TNG crew.
I hope you guys some day find things that make you go. Lol.

I hope they bring these guys back in Lower Decks (or god forbid an actual *good* Trek. Yeah, I know :optimistic:) there's definitely comedy gold there... but that probably isn't PC in the current year seeing as how they're clearly retards. I'm not holding my breath.

One of hte issues I've found that stops the older games from playing is related to quicktime and sadly even a virtual machine wont help if its one of those issues.

Yeah the great Star Trek Encyclopedia is completely raped by Quicktime formatting issues. I've experienced that first hand. I've noticed VLC can play the files individually but that kind of defeats the whole purpose of the interface and stuff.

Of course we can't forget THE best Trek video game...

Holy shit did they actually make a Star Trek themed Atmosfear?

The Pakled would be the smart one of the group.
That would actually be kind of a legit joke - if the Pakled kept acting dumb so they all ignored it, only for them to reveal they're the smartest one there and keeps saving their butts.

Just watched "Yesterday's Enterprise", which is a good solid episode. One minor thing always bothered me, though. The Enterprise C was from only 22 years in the past. Wouldn't Picard, even "fake Picard", have been familiar with Captain Gerrit or some of her crew and, perhaps, vice versa? He's in his 40's as captain of the Enterprise D, the people on the Enterprise C would have been some of the people he went through the academy with.

I thought the same thing. The C should've been at least 50 years in the past or more. "22" is rather pedestrian.

Was the Enterprise C the flagship back then? I'm pretty sure the Stargazer was assigned to some far off mediocre bullshit so maybe he wouldn't have even come across the C?

Also, watched DS9's Past Tense yesterday. Weird how prophetic that episode from 1995 is concerning 2020s America..

Any good books on making-of for any of the series or movies? I was thinking of picking up an art book or something.
