I suspect he's in what's called Supported Accommodation. It's for people who arent retarded enough to be in a group home but are too retarded to live on their own. Its for both physical and mental disabilities. You get your own apartment but there's a warden 24/7 and some aspects of your life are wrangled. I suspect his Internet is monitored and adult sites are blocked. We know better than most that retards and unlimited Internet access are a bad combination and so do the peoplewho run these places. Nah I get it too. It's a bit overly pushy and it's not really interesting either. It's more just embarrassing for the troll than steven. I've had family who needed nhs nurse care before, admittedly medical not social. But you are vastly overestimating the quality. The fact that they're actually blocking anyone is already basically unheard of levels of attention. They let the man fill his house with porn and spend hundreds on babestation alone every month, does that sound like the type of carer that would really give that much of a shit? We also don't really know that it is the carers doing the blocking, they could just be telling him to block trolls and the randoms and leaving it to steven to actually block them. I'm no expert but the carers taking his phone and managing his online presence sounds like something they wouldn't be allowed to do, if they did then they probably wouldn't be letting him post images of his fleshlights and talk about his cock. I've heard of carers essentially blocking people from using social media or the internet before, never heard of them going on someone else's profile to manage it though. I would be more willing to bet that the carers tell him to block these people but he sees diana as a genuine person and so doesn't.

I imagine that some of those social groups for the disabled that he goes to provide food, as well.

As a kid, my neighbours had a daughter with some kind of mental disability, and I worked at the local pool in my hometown as a teen, and got to know a lot of the local disabled people through work - something I've always noticed through seeing them out-and-about is that they obsess over buying whatever is in the reduced section at the supermarket/corner shop. The food being good is secondary, the price and volume is more important. Have had this echoed to me by family members who have worked at shops in the past.

I remember hearing a story about a local tard who knew the time that the local One Stop would start adding yellow-stickers to items, and would berate staff if they weren't adding items to the reduced section on the dot. She'd then buy pretty much anything edible (excluding fresh produce), shove it all into her bag for life, and then proceed on to the Co-Op and Tesco Extra down the road.

No he does actually do proper cooking. At least proper in terms of state recognised retard level. He relies pretty heavily on shit like pasta sauces instead of making his own and other things that save you doing half the work. But he does more cooking than just microwaving shit. He can clearly cook and is competent enough to use the oven so I don't know if he would qualify for any nhs service. And from watching some of his shopping videos I don't think he just buys shit because it's on sale, he seems to buy things fairly normally. He's massively retarded in the social sense but he seems to be somewhat ok in the not starving yourself to death sense. He also seems to buy enough food for a decent period of time when he does post those videos so I don't think he relies on any nhs food delivery service.
