Why regulate anything, then? Seat belts and air bags required in vehicles? Not possible without major redevelopment of vehicle manufacturing! Lead based paint on children's toys? Oh man, it would be easier to just keep the lead in that paint; the poisoned toys are already being mass produced, after all! Only sell alcohol and tobacco to adults? Hey now, that involves having to implement sooo much oversight to enforce, and the pubs are already filling up the child's cups with lager and lighting their cigars!

I mean, these games were already made to be predatory towards consumers and to deny them their rights, it'd be so dang hard to change that now! What a joke.
