I highly doubt her dad, a man who had an autistic son with a brain tumor, sees mental illness as invalid. He probably sees Kayla's claim of it invalid and is arguably right.

Unpopular opinion incoming but I actually don't believe this is true. Personally I think the reason autism diagnoses are more common in boys is because people generally are more willing to overlook or dismiss antisocial behavior in girls. I've met many women who fit the sperg stereotype but are just labled "quirky" or "different" Whereas the same behavior from a man would almost guarantee an autistic spectrum diagnosis.

it's true that girls seem to get less shit for it and therefore theyre not that often diagnosed. For example its often said that girls with adhd aint that often diagnosed during their childhood, because according to statistics girls are mostly inattentive types (which often gets diagnosed quite late) while boys are hyperactive. No idea if it's true.

but in general one can say that girls are much rarely diagnosed with asperger, ADHD and similar than boys do

If she's serious in becoming a journalist (LOL!) she should spell check everything she writes. Going to information Disney Sperg for a minute.

The resort she stayed at was a Value resort. This is the cheapest you can get while still staying on property (ie getting access to the busses and not having to leave the Disney World complex). The super fans usually save up and stay at the other resorts, not always but usually. This one is where all the tour groups, younger families, ect stay. So she's probably bragging about how she beat some kids or people who only know a fair amount of Disneh trivia.

And the host was impressed because he's paid to be impressed. They're paid a premium over minimum wage to kiss everyone's asses all day long just like every other cast member, because they are in constant fear of reprimand if one guest goes to Customer Service with their name (that's on their name tag) if they don't.

I guess I'm just upset because the parks are close to my heart. I also feel bad for my friends who work there and will have to deal with her.

At least guests in line won't have to listen to her since I'm sure when she goes with her brothers they get the guest assistance card which allows disabled guests to show up at an appointed time and go to the front of the line (which is great for kids with autism who physically cannot wait).

I wonder if she will lie and get one when she takes her friends (jk we know it will never happen).
