I assume any deal he works with the court will include a no-drinking stipulation. They'll put a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet on him if he gets house arrest; but you have to be a low flight risk to get that, and Tarl has already demonstrated that he is inclined to fly.

He will still get piss tested if thats the case. But I dont know if he would get bond since he's a proven flight risk.
