Copying a few comments from r/SunoAI

On repeating verses:

My main solution is to add more instrumental parts that fill song up to 4 minute mark.

Having something like 7-8 verses also seems to help - the less "slack" v3.5 has to fill those 4 minutes the better it (usually) follows script.

I don't have problems with the [verse] tag as some users have already pointed out. Though I never use [verse 1]. A synthetic song made by suno will never use [verse 1] either. It usually goes from [verse] to [verse 2], which is what I used since then.
However, I can confirm that the issue seems to arise especially when suno tries to fill the time and has chosen a tempo that makes your text too short for it. I would also suggest you use more [bridge], [breaks], and [instrumental solo] to fill up that time. Non-descript [intro] also do seem to help... but not [outro] or [ends]. These last two seems to increase the chance of repetition and cut [verse] in favor of jumping right at the end when the timing is near. So, sometime it's better to leave the end open and then put them back in.
However, I would still recommend you use them at least on a few first generations, since their absence can also lead to a "time to fill" issue. Get them out if you see truncated songs though. You'll be able to put them back in on an extend.
If for any reasons there doesn't seem to be a way to prevent the repeat, and that you absolutely are not in the mood to add a [verse] or [chorus] : try inputing a [hook] on the part you are the least likely to be angry to hear repeated.
You can also add easy filler with [screaming] or [humming] and writing a guide onomatopoeia.
