  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Piling up on upload fails for TOR. File just hangs there, redirects back to thread, making a post makes the hanging file disappear.

No obvious errors, all I see in console: "Content-Security-Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource (connect-src) at [gibberish link to attachment] because it violates the following directive: “connect-src 'self' wss:”"

I was already against woke shit at this point but what set them as my enemy for life was when I saw the man who led what's possibly the greatest achievement of human science, engineering, and planning at that point, the landing of a craft on a comet, forced to grovel and cry on camera because he wore a mildly racy shirt during the press release.

It encapsulated everything I hate about them. Something monumental tarnished by the outrage of a handful of oversensitive cunts and faggots; a fake moral outrage over something that hurt...

Accurately Describe the Problem.
Having intermittent issues with profile pictures as well as pictures/videos loading. Sometimes half the pictures on the page load and the rest don't forcing a refresh of the page. A 40 second video might take a minute or two to buffer currently.

Describe when you first and last encountered the issue.
At least yesterday and today. Definitely in the last hour for videos. I'm not sure how big the videos in this thread are but that's what's taking a long time to buffer for 40 seconds. Also taking a long time in the BossmanJack thread now that I'm checking it out.

Android web browser on mobile and firefox for desktop.
- VPN? Tor? Clearnet?

Another instance of the kiwifarms.net front page doing the non-HTTPS and timeout errors. For the timeout, just waiting on the page eventually refreshed into the .st domain correctly. Happened a few minutes ago, I'm retesting intermittently and randomly catch it.

I believe this is because some religious sperging in USPG2 was moved to its own mass debate thread. The post was highlighted and then moved, weird edge case.

Tried an experiment- was still having lots of trouble with slow loading and errors, so I disconnected the VPN (IP Vanish). Magically everything was fine, faster than ever, fantastic. So I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with IP Vanish, or if another VPN would cause the same problems. I'd been using IP Vanish for years with no issues but have noticed it doing more random disconnections, etc, lately, so it may just be suffering a quality decline. I might have to find a different one to try.

Doesn't happen with me, just goes up to Null's post on the same page.
 
So, kiwifarms.net and kiwifarms.st don't seem to be connected. I'm logged into .st right now, but when I go to .net I'm logged out. I can log into it, but all of the images and videos are broken, and there's no reply box.

Also, it has to be www.kiwifarms.net. Just kiwifarms.net gives me "We can’t connect to the server at kiwifarms.net. Did you mean to go to www.kiwifarms.net?".

This is the case in both Brave and Floorp (firefox). I also tried it on mobile, and with and without a vpn.

In my defense, it's almost 9 in the morning here, and I haven't gone to bed yet. I'm a bit retarded right now. I was trying to figure out why all of the attachments were broken, and I thought I figured it out just now.

Back to having a lot of trouble trying to upload attachments sometimes. Everything is just hanging at 100% and eventually going blank. Android/Samsung Internet (based on chrome i think)

Happening now. NordVPN the rest is in the post. Happens with VPN on or off sometimes though I dont think thats the problem.

Edit: Whole site also hangs for quite a while after something fails to upload.
