That being said...she does very much look like a Vtuber.

Also not fun, useless fact. There's this rumor that Marie Rose was created and specifically made Swedish to spite Sweden because the 3DS game was reportedly banned there due to the characters being officially underage despite the TNA.

Now when they are all legal, KT still just killed the main series and focuses on the creepy bikini games. It's a shame.

I would like VF too if we also get better sound quality. I enjoy the 5th game but I can't get over how poor the voice lines are.

I'll say that the story of DOA was only grounded up until game 5 where the plot just goes off the rails. But tbf, they didn't try anymore.

And 6 is just the "Giant jailbait tits McGee with her pedobait loli girlfirend Marie Rose" show. Not even the new villain introduced is worth anything. She's just another barely legal lolibait body pillow waifu magnet.

Oh I'm with you there. SF6's music has been really bland. If you care about cultural representation, I suppose you could find value but it's really just lackluster regardless.

And KOF always has good music. It's just the two opening tracks from the latest games I don't like.

Shit sounds like garbage you use for AMVs.

I feel like KOF completely fell off the cliff when they stopped making Kyo the main character and started fucking up the Esaka theme. the bleeding was slow during K' era, but KOF became completely irrelevant when they made Ash the main character.

seriously, 98 or 2002 is still the main played KOF even to this day and thats only because 2002 has K9999.

And they fucked it up again with Shunei. They messed him up so badly that the current saga changed from Shunei Saga and New Age saga

Even the rivals suck. I liked Elizabeth. She was the only good thing about Ash. But Isla for Shunei is kinda lame. She's an e thot who does street art. That's super meh.

They should have stuck with Kukri but they ruined him too.

If it helps Esaka is completely absent from XV. A bit hard for a game with a bunch of classic themes like Fairy and Trash Head and Still Green. Not to mention Rugals themes. So glad they got rid of the constant samples from Conclusion. I know they are part of the charm but I always hated them.

To make this Tekken related... Give characters their own themes again

At this point, all fighters with multiple sequels should just pull a Smash Bros. and give people the option to customize the music to whatever they want with whomever character they want and how often it plays.

There's a HUGE library of music, both character specific and stage specific. Hell, throw in music from other IP's as well just for the fuck of it.

Here's some spoilers:
- Reina's origin is never revealed (not in the story mode anyways). She's pretty much a side character/T9 tease.
- Reina gets a red devil eye after getting almost killed by Azazel Devil Kazuya. That seems to be her only goal and she is out of the plot after that.
- Reina calls Heiachi "father" in a post credits scene. She also transforms into a Deviantart tier devil Reina lmao.
- Azazel returns. Kaz frees it's soul from Zafina's cursed hand. Kaz defeats Azazel and absorbs his power becoming turbo powerful.
- Zafina and Claudio die, the credits slides hint that they could be alive.
- Jun is a hallucination/flashback similar to Kazumi.
- Jin returns to Yakushima to hallucinate/recover his devil powers (Zafina's suggestion before dying). Meanwhile, the rest of Jin's jobbers fight against G-corp troops/Kazuya's jobbers.
- Jin beats DVJ in his mind and the two merge.
- Jin dreams of Jun before being destroyed by Azazel Devil Kaz and becomes Angel Jin.
- Angel Jin and Azazel Devil Kaz fight on a meteor. They clash their fists and crash into the ground.
- Jin and Kaz lose their Devil/Angel forms permanently and fight a couple of times. Jin remembers the power of friendship and defeats Kaz. Jin fucks off with Xiaoyu.
- Jun's feet are seen getting closer to Kaz's unconscious (dead?) body, so she could be alive (or Kaz is dead).
- There is talk of a secret bad ending where Kaz wins if you enter the QTEs differently.
- Reina/Jun individual stories unlock after beating the story mode, so they might give something more about their origins/status.

Compared to the retarded shit that happened in 6 and 7 the story doesn't sound that bad even though the T8 Story Mode still looks stupid.

Does my bear homie finally get panda pussy?! Does he go out like a boss? The corny jobber battle makes it look like some of the roster dies, one of them possibly Kuma (He's flying from an explosion). You would think Anna would be in the jobber battle.

How is the game if anyone got their hands on it yet?

Apparently Harada and Murray are the only ones who are anal about their shitty fanfiction because they can threaten the fgc's esports if anyone makes fun of their self-insertions.
 
Welp, the whole story's leaked and neatly arranged into only the cutscenes.

It's pretty much what you'd expect from a Tekken story. It's stupid, there's a lot of wasted potential, but there's some cool shit here and there. You probably won't get to see your main do anything cool though, it's all Mishimas doing Mishima things, Leo gets a crazy amount of screentime for a character so unpopular, Azucena is about as annoying as you'd expect, Lars tanks five Infernos at one point, Reina tanks one and almost dies. A lot of Lili x Asuka stuff, and it's hilarious how Panda gets lugged around for the cuteness factor and does fuck all. At one point, the Tekken Avengers engage.

Paul and Law are still comedic relief but at least Paul doesn't get relentlessly clowned on in this one and it looks like people respect him as a fighter. Nina is there for two seconds being mysterious and shit. Raven hilariously is in it for three seconds, says the thing, and dips forever.

Character endings are in and are alright-ish.


All in all, I really dislike the accuracy of the subtitles and just how unnatural and stilted the dialogue is. It was fine when it was three intros and two throwaway intro lines, but it gets pretty bad with this amount of dialogue. It just feels low quality. The scenes are animated really well, so the experience is pretty surreal.

Dude, we live in crazy times: There's an entire-ass feature length Tekken movie in my Tekken game and it's also dubbed by chimpanzees lackadaisically using Google Translate. "Yeah man, whatever, translate "Shine, my star" to "Darkness be gone forevermore", it's fiiiine. No one will notice!"

You can tell Harada gave no fucks about the international releases or anything else that didn't involve his little fan-fiction. I'm glad I dodged a bullet.
