It's incredible how dontnod games have less gameplay and more dialogues with each title. I'm not a huge fan of David Cage but he does a much better with making these kind of games interactive.

Would be kinda interesting if you had it in a survival game setting where you can't get top grade medical supplies. Kinda like how Dead Rising did it with the medication for the daughter.

Swery's The Missing also came out 2 years ago and it was a much better game with a similar premise. And unlike dontnod he never used trans as a selling point because he wanted the game to be enjoyed by everybody.
But yeah, I'll take the "problematic" Japanese characters than whatever the fuck western sensitivity readers think is a good representation.

Not gonna happen. Ever. Doing either of those things would prove that the character isn't a true and honest wamyn, and the latter is especially intolerable because it makes being a troon look like a choice or fetish, like college women being bisexual, instead of something a person would literally die without doing.
