I always hoped that somehow him and Herkster would team up together. Terry would be the wize-cracking tech wizard who made all the gadgets and hacked government databases for dossiers of The Templars' enemies. If he was genuinely homeless and wandering around, it sucks but the truly mentally ill homeless get killed all the time. They piss someone off, say the wrong thing and then it's just, fucking, it's like George and Lenny. By the time somebody's pulled out a gun or gotten to the point where they could kill somebody, you cant really take it back or explain out of it, like, "Hey the dude's literally mentally ill."
