By legal definition, it's not murder, so his viewpoint is wrong. Murder is defined as an unlawful, premeditated killing. I will admit it would be premeditated, but it's not unlawful since it's legal. Hence it's not murder

I explained it upthread other reasons why it's not murder. A fetus isn't a living, breathing human being. Hence, it's not murder. He just can't fathom that someone has a viewpoint that isn't his because he legit has really bad autism

Mate, the baby is on placentary "life support" akin to people on life support, while the majority of organs are formed pretty early in the fetal development. An organism doesn't have to breathe to be alive and feel pain.

Except, in this case, the fetus' life functions are required to be sustained by the host organism to achieve full development. Life support is a metaphor in this case. A fetus is a viable human being, sadly for you.

There's really no difference. Without the host organism, the fetus dies, just like the person on life support without the machines.
