Even without IMSI Catchers, location data is logged when you use the phone and when (at least which cell tower your mobile is using, e.g. if you visit your nan on wednesday, they'll know you've traveled roughly when, but not exactly where you are, just the nearest tower to your phone. However they can be actively pinged, and with several pings, the latency will give a pretty accurate distance from the tower, do this over multiple towers and you get a pretty accurate location. I think this stuff usually requires a warrant or w/e, given the situation, you should assume that police are given unlimited powers when it comes to data. That includes to social media. Been a while on the mobile stuff so correct me where I'm wrong.

Briefly:

Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood announced last month about 5,000 prisoners will be released early to relieve pressure on the system, with the first being released in September.

From next week, 567 more places will be available, courts minister Heidi Alexander told Sky News.
They will be spread across a new housing block at Stocken Prison in Rutland and the newly repurposed HMP Cookham Wood, a former young offenders institution in Borstal, Kent, that was closed in March after the prisons watchdog called it "inhumane".

I got nothing but respect for the bongs to finally rise up. I've been to England, Scotland and the Isle of Man (crown dependency in the irish sea, mostly nigger and paki free) before before, and that visit to the isle just confirmed again that a homogeneous community (read: white) is a better community. Same with Orkney north of Scotland: no niggers, low population, decent people and absolutely safe. Great place to vacation if you just want to wind down and relax btw. In general, I think the white brits are pretty decent people and I've never had a problem with them.

Meanwhile in London, where you got neighborhoods like Whitechapel, which is ridden with pakis and where you have to watch your back as a white guy so you don't get mugged or worse and where you are greeted by muslim chants via loudspeaker in the park by the tube station and everyone there looks shifty.
