In terms of the reaction from normies I've personally seen, I was expecting an outpouring of condemnation of the "far-right", but so far I've seen fairly few people comment on it. The problem with a lithium battery fire is being able to have it start burning when and where you want. You don't want to be near that thing when it starts burning, and consumer lithium batteries are going to need to be mechanically ruptured in order to get cooking. Unless you have a ready supply of badly pillowed batteries (i.e. ready to pop at the slightest jostle), this sounds easier said than done. I wouldn't hold it against someone who just wants to go somewhere else for the hope of a better future and decides to leave the demon to its demons to fight for whatever scrap is left.
