Yeah, people often see an offense as a non-issue when the person in the act appears to be genuinely re-tarded. Tons of people only see Chris as a disabled victim too, despite all the malice he has displayed in the past, hence all the selfies at the con.

Chris did speak with Wise on the phone, as he would force* Chris to have "phone sex" with him on what Chris said was a daily basis.

I highly doubt Chris recorded any of it, but knowing Wise he probably did.
