I have a really hard time feeling bad for the creator of this degenerate slop. Her dox was always there, available online, so if she wanted it to remain hidden she should have covered her tracks better. The developer also kept kicking the hornets nest with the Soyjak people, if she had just ignored the Soyteens they would have gotten bored and fucked off.

It doesn't need to be a competition, and when it comes to sex stuff it's different. That's why nobody bats an eye at depicting murder in media, but anything related to sex is handled differently. So while murder is worse than incest, it's a lot more complicated than just that.

I think the main difference is that murder is rarely if ever portrayed as something positive or done by a sympathetic character. Even in villain-centric franchises you watch to see how they will defeat the killer this time. If those were villains committing incest, it wouldn't be so shocking (highly recommend Simon Beckett's "Written in Bone").
Here those are playable characters in a story \ dialog-heavy game, that you are meant to like and sympathize on some level that are committing both incest and murder, that's probably why the game is so controversial.
Anyway, the game should have the right to exist.
People should have the right to make fun of it and call it disgusting.
The dev is the only person responsible for keeping her own identity secret, which should be relatively easy for her as an European.

You would purposefully have to avoid so much subtext, hell not even subtext, you have to purposefully avoid so much TEXT to not realise the game is about incest. Literally half the dialogue in the game is meant to showcase the two being attracted to each other.

personally i view the story in the game as one of those old horror movies where the random teenagers stumble upon the house where a family of murderous cannibals live. but instead of getting the teenagers perspective you are getting the cannibal perspective. you see how in the beginning it was just a brother taking care of his overly needy little sister but said sister also happens to be evil and keeps making the brother do more and more awful stuff until there is no going back.

yes people will look at the sister and coom over her and there will be people hoping for incest between the two. but i do not think the game is specifically about incest. i would say the game is about a brother and sister who due to the actions of the sister when they were growing up got ditched by their parents and were forced to do various bad things in order to survive.

the brother had multiple chances in life to tell his sister to fuck off but he never does because he is a doormat and is easily manipulated which his sister constantly uses to her advantage because she only cares about herself and what she wants. over time this behavior starts to take a toll on the brother mentally along with the fact that he has had to kill and eat multiple people including his own parents.

the sister continues to do whatever she wants throughout all of this and even starts summoning a demon and giving it sacrifices. the incest in game is just an optional thing but it happens because the brother has been entirely broken down mentally and is more or less his sisters slave. she wants her brother all to herself and that is the result of her effort.

i suspect the actual ending of the game will have you choose what to do since its obvious the demon is just waiting to take the sisters soul due to how evil she is. so you will most likely have to choose what to do at some point as the brother could snap and murder his sister after finally realizing that shes the source of all of his problems. or there could be some actual weird incest ending.

truth be told even without the incest in the game people would still be making it an incest game so i feel like any of the upset towards the game solely based on incest is dumb when it was going to happen regardless of if it was included in the game or not.

that being said the real issue with the game in my opinion at least are its fans this game has managed to attract many of the most insufferable people ever on both sides into one spot so much so that i do not even think many of the people upset about the game even remember what they were upset about in the first place.

since now they are busy freaking out about the sharty doxxing people and trying to blame it on one thing or another as if they are not just doing it because of the reactions of those involved combined with the ones who outright start challenging them as if they cant be doxxed or whatever.

this video game is not nearly good enough to be getting the attention it is getting and quite frankly i will be glad when the attention dies off because its getting to be like the hogwarts legacy stuff where people are trying to use your opinion on the game as some form of litmus test and much like hogwarts legacy this game is not nearly important enough to be treated as such.

Bit of a rant, but the Hays Code was unironically a good thing, and Hollywood's descent into a degenerate propaganda mill is at least in part because we have no moral guidelines anymore, it's a free-for-all unless you commit wrongthink.
