The Elder Scrolls

I have heard that the dude can be kind of a prick but tbf he made someone of the most popular mods so he probably deals with waves of dipshits everyday and all the gay petty backroom modder drama but I kind of feel like with mods, as long as you are giving due credit and not locking stuff behind paywalls, making new versions of or using chunks of other mods shouldn't be an issue nor should mods "competing" with yours. I always saw modding as passion projects where you are making changes that you want and sharing it with everyone to do as they please.
The problem is that in the era of codes of conduct and cancel culture, we're supposed to care what kind of person made the software we use. This mentality has gone way past wokeshit and is now pretty much just, "This guy's a jerk, welp, guess that means we can't use this popular application any more."

Some troon argued against a meritocracy on twitter, saying that "if a bad person makes good code, they'll get the job over a good person," like that's a bad thing.

It isn't like people don't have issues with the mods themselves though. He sells them as completely impartial bugfixes but fills them with changes that have nothing to do with it.

Becoming the leader of a faction that you can't actually give any orders to is always anticlimactic in games.
Like taking over the Institute in Fallout 4 so you can chabge the hostile direction they've been taking in the commonwealth and just like

You don't really get to object to anything the institute does once you're the leader. Bethesda really thought people would just say "this faction is evil, I have to destroy it" or "this faction is evil, I plan to change nothing once I'm in charge" and it's frankly annoying. All that technology is just completely fucking wasted by every other faction if you don't side with the institute.

You can't even refute your companions when they bitch at you for it. Like "hey retards, they can literally ressurect extinct animals, manufacture laborers that can survive in deadly conditions and modify our crops to thrive in the wasteland, if you wanted me to reject the ability to direct that to better serve the commonwealth you are a fucking retard, Piper, you fucking whore."

What other race stereotypes are in the lore? So far I've seen argonians being refered to as farming equipment the most
Nords are seen as low IQ barbarians who get drunk all day, are loud and worship the gods wrong by the Imperials,
Imperials are seen as ignorant, boring, pompous pricks, who are cowards when they dont have a numbers advantage who worship the gods wrong by the Nords
Colovians think the Nibenese are weak, stuck up snobs who haven't worked an honest day in their life,
Nibenese think Colovians are backwards hillbillies that lack any culture,
Everyone thinks Altmer are self-absorbed, pompous, psychopathic eugenics enjoyers
Redguards are thought to be loud, obnoxious, boastful, being incapable of working as a team, hyper-traditionalists who are prone to criminality
Elves think Bretons are a mongrel mutt race and in general are thought to be overly elaborate, theatrical, prone to drama and mood swings and just not very reliable.
most people think Bosmer are rude, backward cannibal savages that live in huts in the trees. (ESO mentions that imperials think that they fart a lot due to meat and dairy consumption. I think it's the writer's barely disguised fetish.)

Most modern writers don't know how to write alignment. Villains are usually 2D hand rubbing cartoon characters. An evil faction is evil because EVIL, dammit. Also, dey raycis.
These writers are the same retards that argue at the D&D table that lawful characters always obey the law.

I personally dont understand what the fuck theyre trying to say, isnt the patch free to download?
Shartmoor is a furfag beaner whose "patches" only merit is being big and having tons of changes, a lot of them completely unnecessary and made sorely because he disagrees with how something works ingame. He LOVES shoving dependancies on said patches into mods that don't need them and gets INCREDIBLY pissy if someone uploads a cleaned, independent version of that mod.
Also, he looks like this.

They have a lot of resources, therefore they are bad, therefore we must destroy all those resources and pat each other on the back til the sun goes black. To take control of those resources taints you and makes you bad.

Also, God don't even get me started on Alignments.
Got kicked out of a group a while back because debating the difference between neutral and evil. A bandit is chaotic neutral, he only cares to serve himself, what he does is not in service to evil. Coins he kills for doesn'tgo into more brutal ways to kill people or cause more deliberate suffering, he wants to get his cash and run. Same way a lovely baker would be lawful neutral. Just because someone is nice doesnt align them to good. You need to be interested in a greater service to the powers of good or evil to get those alignments. Chaotic alignments in these veins are more about doing what you think is right, than what everyone tells you is right. Lawful alignments are more about service to greater wholes than adherence to the letter of the law. Evil alignments are about deliberately causing suffering. Good alignments are about going out of your way to help people far and wide, not just minding your manners. GOD I hate autists who try and lock me into a script in a roleplaying game using the alignment system.

Arthmoor has been a fucking faggot and a plague on the ES mod scene for 20 years. I remember when he got pissy that somebody made a modpatch on his mod that made Oblivion gates possible to spawn anywhere to not include inside cities, because he thinks he has copyright.

somewhat unrelated but if that's the stance these people take, someone should tell them Byuu brought them Dolphin.

Because let's be honest, most troons online seem to be fans of Nintendo. Bad people make good software all the fucking time.

He did it to claim dibs on the name, so another team can't call theirs "the unofficial oblivion remastered patch." Which is usually a huge community contributed megapatch that fixes as much of the jank as possible.

Yeah, this is the same nigger who had a full on meltdown and had a Girl Talk with Bethesdas community manager to get a version of his mod with the shitty and ugly Oblivion gate ruins he shoehorned into a visual mod pulled off of Steam workshop. The guy didn't break any TOS and the CM apologized to the guy after putting the mod back up, stating it was only pulled in the first place due to how big of a fit Arthmoor was throwing.

I think it's also noteworthy to mention that a lot of mods require it as a dependency for some reason.

He's been doing his faggotry forever. The Community should have gotten to it before he did.
