The End Of Advertising. - What will companies do in a post advertising world?

Not to be personal with my mom and I don't want to be rude to her, but this is simply the future, you cannot help normalfags, you cannot help the niggercattle, we'll all be ruled by the lowest common denominator and that will be it.

Where you failed is that she already had a way of using a particular service and we are all creatures of habit. I’ve had the same issue with my parents with things in the past, it took me buying them a new TV box to get them into a decent IPTV app and adaway installed to it. If she ever switches providers (if that’s even a thing anymore) tell her you will set her apps up for it. This way the only way she will know how to use the service will be the ad free one.

That lasted one single day, the next time she was watching ads again, and when I asked about it she just told me she "doesn't care" and "doesn't bother" her.

Old people literally cannot comprehend this. There's a reason they say "you can't teach an old dog new tricks".

You tube ads are becoming like public access in the 1980's If I get an ad on an economy video, Some zoomer in a unfurnished room with out a microphone is selling trading courses.

If I am watching video's about real-estate some soccer mom in her tesla is trying to sell or buy my house. If I click on a trump video, I get Survival goy slop that will last 25 years ads from a homeless neck beard.

How much do these ads cost? Million loosers are buying space to sell there snake oil

It's a web app, as in, just simply a website. It's just matter of changing the browser, there's no actual TV provider here or android app or anything of the sorts.

Didn't some stations disable those because everyone kept using them?
Makes you think why they would prohibit people from doing such thing, as that means there's some part on the contract / agreement to have your customers hear it, and they know whenever it gets disabled, instead of just simply serving the ads and then whatever the customer does it's up in the air.

I guess the real question at this point, now that the overwhelming conclusion is that ads are only becoming more intrusive and are just sneaking in through what you want to watch, is what is the alternative?
People in the thread point to shill YouTubers as the future, but there's only so much payola, politics, and prid-quo-pro you can do before you lose credibility.

One would hope that the people would start tuning it all out, and the returns would diminish to the point that companies curtail their advertising and stop giving marketing tards gorillion dollar budgets to "innovate" their way into every aspect of our lives.

Or at least, ads would to become focused and relevant. I'm pretty anti-advertising, but I've watched (say) car videos where the host shills some tool I might actually use. Ideally that person's credibility lets him vouch for its quality (vs. other nameless Chinesium junk), and if I buy it and get burned, I won't trust his recommendations again.

On the other hand, for all the talk of marketing analytics, my BeastMode LiftBrah playlist of 90s rock/metal on Spotify has nonstop ads from lisping Peloton metrosexuals and obese urban kwaynes talkin' bout haz you got yo boosters yet, so either they're incredibly bad at demographic targeting, or (more likely) they're still being given enough money to spam everyone with Globohomo slop.

To expand on the discussion, on you tube on a droid or Iphone with out being signed in they send ads from local companies some times 1500 miles away. Not that I care because I don't advertise, but if I did they send my ad to bum fuck no where that will never visit my city let alone buisness.

Its like throwing money away. I understand why streaming you tube ads missed on recent stock reporting.
