The first time a game made you cry.

I’ve had a lot of games make me emotional, but I think FFXV is the first I cried at.

Replaying Yakuza 3 got me too but I don’t recall if it had that same impact when I first played it.

Death stranding:
Cried like a bitch when Sam tried to revive Lou.

The Last Of Us:
The scene where Joel's daughter died and at the end, when Joel saves Ellie.
I'm a big sap for video games n I get really invested

Persona 4 when Nanako "died"

Really pissed me off when they pussed out and magically brought her back or whatever. Like come on, that was such an emotional scene, but they didn't have to balls to fully follow through with it. Fucking cowards.

FF15, ironically. When a certain character changes capabilities and the credits music. Game itself wasn't terrible nor that good, but for some reason those irreversible changes hit a lot harder than usual. Even though FF often has "oh no, no way back" moments, FF15 did it in a huge style for a "boys on a roadtrip" theme.

A game has never made me cry because I'm not a woman. Closest is either Geralt finding Ciri in Witcher 3 or the funeral at the end of the first Banner Saga.

I will say though it didn't bring me a tears, the notes from the Survivor in the Honest Hearts DLC is truly one of the saddest tales you will read in a game. Randal Clark's story is one I would love to see someone adapt into a short movie as it has all the elements of an excellent tragedy.

Legend of Dragoon for Playstation

Lavitz's Death. The fact his mother lost her husband in the Serdio War and now her only son and had no grandchildren and was now all alone in that huge house.

Microsoft Encarta Maze

It asked me a question about Pompeii and I saw the part about Delta the Dog.

I pretty much never cry at video games, but the entire section at the end with Claus got me. Hinawa's death got really close too.

Genuinely when Lee died in TWD season 1. He was my favorite nigga. Or when Mary’s letter is read in the end of Silent Hill 2.
