the future of this site a.k.a kiwifarms (discuss) - alright, kiwifarms is now an onion site and becoming more and more unstable so let's discuss the future of this site!

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Wait, the site is staying Tor exclusive? I always got the impression Josh was quite insistent on being clearnet accessible as necessary to keep the forum alive?
I understand going Tor only to keep things up if the alternative is no service at all due to troon skids and DDoS-for-hire and getting licenses and TLDs revoked, but I've always found the argument to stay on the clearnet a persuasive one.
josh said he sold the url for 0ne bitcoin

There is so much wrong with this OP, it's difficult to pick a lane.

A newfag suspected underage ED forum user with a bad KF rep is creating a thread to discuss OUR future as a forum.

Rolls right of the tongue.

Josh addressed it, we're going nowhere. We don't need to discuss plans. And if we did, why do so publicly?

We have a supreme leader who knows to reach out to select people he knows could help him. Given your post history, I am guessing you're nowhere near that crowd.

Did they kick you out at ED or is your kind of retarded shitposting well accepted over there?

Honestly? I think we should keep the site on Tor. It's been very pleasant around here lately and it's all thanks to an anti retard shield that keeps out the tech illiterate zoomies and speds.
TBH I won't miss the 5-page discussions of IUDs in my beloved tranny gore thread.

Clearnet or die. If Kiwifarms can't be on the normie internet then the whole game of the internet is over. Bad guys win. It's nothing but a distraction tool and data extraction/tracking surveillance weapon after that.

I mean, I'd keep going to a TOR-only site if that's what Josh wanted to do. I just think us losing clearnet is a really big canary in the coalmine situation for our human freedoms. No joke. A place I read about internet weirdos became literally one of the last places I could freely post and read about things that really matter. It's crazy but here we are. Losing the site would be historic but there's nobody left to write the history about it that will ever tell it straight. That's what it means. That time in history.

Fong No Dong: 'If there's one thing America needs, is more troons. Can you imagine a world where Kiwi Farms is back on Clearnet?

It was crazy when null sold this site to the FBI on April 20, 2017, and the FBI demanded null take it back and refund them 4 hours later
I heard they agreed to fund illegal banana pepper research with the Black Budget just to get Null to take the site back.

My only real problem with being on TOR, aside from having to look up the URL every time I want to go here, is that it takes ages to load avatars and I almost exclusively remember users via their avatar. I can't even remember my own forum handles.

He actually did say that back in December or January. There's no point just being an inaccessable to the GP Tor site in the long run. If he couldn't keep clearnet up he was going to close the site and give out a massive site archive zip file.
Unless you can point to where Null said this, don't even ask the question.

I definitely remember him saying the same, very retarded idea though. Tor is just fucking fine, and brings a better quality of users.

If it does happen, I'm looking into the process of converting a xenforo database to phpbb, so I can just roll it right into my own site on Tor.

The farms will live on.
