Greentext because lazy.

>staying at a hotel on business for the last two weeks
>at the front desk just now
>notice a small note next to the computer
>"RENT THESE ROOMS LAST"
>they have a reason next to the room number, elevator noise, next to exterior door, etc.
>my room is on the list with no reason given

Someone died in here, didn't they?

I introduced my folks to Road House today. I don't think I've ever seen my dad enjoy a film this much. It reminded him of his youth, when he was a bouncer himself, when the local bar actually had a party scene rather than middle-aged women on slot machines.

I once stayed at a hotel that was the site of a double murder and attempted suicide.

OK, I'm seeing the red text warning at the top of the page Articles & Happenings actually popping out a few millimetres. Is that my glasses or what? I know how stupid this sounds but I do have weird visual defects.

Tried expanding my daily online routine a bit by scrolling further down Twitch/Twitter etc, and all it did was make me wonder why Stacy presents herself online like that.

If they stream an mmorpg, their character's name is both their first and middle/last name. If it isn't, they choose something like a female title or animal. I haven't seen a bloke call himself BigDaddyDon or HungStallion22 in a decade, like. Are you just trying to genderbait at that point?

Same trend with Twitter/forum bios. Color coding, unique formatting, tons of symbols; guaranteed girl. Really wonder what led to this behavior, it seems to go beyond just wanting to stand out.

I'm still annoyed at Maddie Blaustein's family for not having an autopsy done. I'm the rare sperg who's actually decided that he wants to stop sperging and get a life for a change and to stop being narcissistic and stuff, but the "Streisand effect" surrounding her death is one of the few things that still triggers me. A friend of hers said something on Serebii that seemed to imply that there was more to it than just untreated Gastroenteritis but never provided any additional details, and there was also a wikipedia editor who somehow knew that it wasn't AIDS related but passed away themselves before I had a chance to ask them what they knew.

So, a couple of weeks ago I got a gift Visa card and wanted to add some funds to my PSN account. Turns out since I log in automatically, I forgot what my password actually is and the account is linked to my old hotmail from high school that I've been locked out of for five years. I tried going through a customer service rep at Sony, but the serial number for my (second, since I upgraded to a higher memory version) PS3 doesn't match what's on record so they couldn't help. So, I figured I was just going to have to live with the fact that when my PS3 dies all the games I bought will be out of my reach. Same thing happened when my PSP died and I didn't replace it with a Vita.

Tonight, I turned my machine on to watch Conan the Barbarian when I got called away. I came back and I was logged off the PSN. I decided to quickly log back in and I noticed the *s for my password. I counted them to see if it would jog my memory and then I realized what my password was. It worked. I changed my email address and am now happy to sit back and enjoy Arnold's finest acting. Gonna be a good night, especially since I had to do overtime this week to prevent being mandated.
