Relax, Null has been at this for a very long time. Anything secure is going to have bad actors using it, it doesn't mean the thing itself is compromised and doomed to be shut down.
Think of it this way- secure payment networks that are outside payment processors will always be necessary, and the wealthy will want this if they're in the "undesirables" rankings. The banks have more to lose getting rid of those than gain.

You also have to remember that any question you ask has likely been answered 40+ times by Null already, so look those up instead of frustrating him and everyone else by continuing the barage.

Not that surprising. This is a gossip forum at heart, and women love the hot goss. Also, traditional social media did a real number on female centered discussion forums. For example, a very popular subreddit was /r/fatpeoplestories which basically was a mean girls club to talk about fat gorls. Turbo banned. Other female centered social media circles and discussion forums were invaded by men in dresses. And when this was complained about, well, the men in dresses had become mods and booted the terfs.

Its not an accident at all this forum has such a large and active female user base, despite the fact its basically also a haven for turbo autistic males. Fortuntely we follow the teachings of Allah and his prophet and the genders are strictly segregated. This has been to the benefit of both the women and the men.

General Chat seems to be the room where the requirements are a moving target. As far as I can tell the only requirement for chatting in the Kasino is you have 1 post and you can still view it with 0 posts, just can't send messages.

I believe the other rooms have similarly low requirements, it's really just Gen Chat that is impenetrable to lurkers.
