While I was really hoping for our boy Bossmanjack to take the title of Cow of the Year, seeing as he's already nominated for Fresh Meat and Cow's of the Year can't be nominees for any other subgroup, I'd like to nominate Nick Rekieta for Cow of the Year given his increasing slide down the degeneracy rabbit hole, his cozying up with Dick Masterson's crew, and now his insane meltdown over Eric July.

It is a hard one for me because it didn't really seem like quite a stellar year for the cows I follow. I would recommend nominating Rekieta for lolcow of the year for his ongoing meltdown that he is experiencing over Eric July.
