Cuckman is doing it to try and get human shields from the hacks who occasionally still gargle talking points about his shit game by continuing to refuse to make characters good looking. Either that or he is letting his inner incel or coomer run wild again. the environments look great but holy shit the characters look even worse than I originally thought. Tommy looks like some kind of greasy Italian Mob Boss and Sarah is incredibly uncanny. The facial expressions look like one of those wacky 10x face modifier mods you see for Fallout 4.

The remake simply doesn't look good enough to justify paying $70 for less content than the PS4 remaster.
You can even download the remaster if you have PlayStation Plus, what exactly is supposed to make this worth $70?
The game wasn't even dated like the original Uncharted is, there are other PS3 games that were far more deserving of a remake.

Yes, Nintendo is guilty of re-releasing old games at full price as well, but the difference is, at least Ninty often offers QoL improvements/new content to make the game worth buying again. Wind Waker HD? Pulling items from the sea floor is now four times faster than in the original. You can also now move in first-person view when aiming. You can now acquire the Swift Sail in the Windfall Auction, which doubles sailing speed and forces wind to always be at your back. And those are only the most noticable changes. Twilight Princess HD? You can now transform into Wolf Link with a single tap of a shoulder button, you only have to collect 12 Tears of Light instead of 16, and there's an extra "hero mode" for people who feel the game was too easy. Mario 3D World's Switch port has Bowser's Fury. DKC: Tropical Freeze's Switch port has Funky Mode, an easier version for younger players. And so on and so forth.

I love how Cuckman is retroactively editing someone else's work to try and justify why his failure of a project was correct and not a failure. It really speaks about how pathetic he truly is.
