The Last of Us Franchise - Because it's apparently a franchise now. This thread has been double-DMCA’d by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Something i noticed is that Cuntmann tried to make the game about Tess getting revenge over something Joel did.

The revenge story thing didnt make it into the 2013 game but you can bet that the mom of bowlcut Mandark will be playing a major role for some retarded revenge story.

Funny you mention that, for you see, in the very early versions of the story, Tess was suppose to want to get revenge on Joel for getting her brother killed in a crossfire with those Quarentine Guards. So she would have been treking after Joel and Ellie through the whole country to do so. Apparently Naughty Dog discarted the idea because it was "too unrealistic"

But a similar setup would be used for Abby...so my "theory" is that the original Tess was Cuckmann's idea but he was still being tard wrangled around by people far more talented than him so they re-wrote Tess into Joel's ally to the very end. If he had his way, we would still have OG Tess. So he decided that now he had full creative control, he would going to recycle the idea in the form of Abby. And it seems that we are getting another shades of that in the live action series.

Further evidence that Cuckmann had to be tard wrangled at every moment.

So you also know about the WIP title of TLOU called "Mannkind"

Ellie would've still been the immune girl who tags along with Joel but every man would've been immune, too.

The cordiceps only affected women and Joel would've been a retired police officer with a heart problem that causes you to play as Ellie during said problem.

I honestly thought Druckmann is single and preying on women using his position but apparently he's married and has children.

How the fuck did Tess getting tongued make it into the show?

At least you can choose whether or not Clem is a dyke in TWD. Druckman would never let something icky like player choice taint his artistic vision. Can you imagine if players were allowed to decide what to do with Abby at the end of the game? That'd be crazy.

Also fucking lol, does Clem seriously leave AJ? Fucking ridiculous, fat socal comic writers think children are the worst things ever, god forbid someone put the life of a small child before their own selfish happiness.
I actually liked S4's story quite a lot and thought it was well done for the most part despite some gripes I have. The gay stuff isn't forced on you, and the characters in that season just HAPPEN to be gay instead of it being shoehorned into every character for the sake of muh woke except maybe with James. The only character whose sexuality plays kind of a role in the plot is Violet because of her past fling with Minerva, and the latter becomes a secondary antagonist later on.*

Even if someone didn't like S4, I think these same people can at least admit it was a million times better than the dumpster fire that was S3 and arguably S2.

* The fact that a lesbian character was a prominent villain in the game (who was actually VERY hated by the playerbase, which makes me think the writing was pretty effective) makes me think that S4 wasn't entirely woke despite the ideological inclinations of the Telltale/Skybound staff; like Druckmann would NEVER let something like that fly in TLOU.

Melanie Lynskey, who plays Kathleen in the HBO TLOU show, responded to criticism about her role and acting in it:

So in the end, it's all about SuBvErTiNg ExPeCtAtIoNs, as usual from Drunkmann.

Isn't this Kathleen lady like the leader of the Pittsburgh Hunters or something? I remember that they were cold, brutal motherfuckers in the original game who would definitely not have filed behind an ideas guy- Hunters in TLOU pretty clearly went by the old adage of "might makes right." There is no way in hell that a group of people who were 100% down to snipe a fucking twelve year old boy and fourteen year old girl in the street just so they could strip their corpses of supplies would rally behind a quiet, soft-voiced, chubby white woman, no matter if her ideas were good or not. That is not how humans have ever worked in literally all of our history, and it's especially not how the group from the game would behave.

Also, that "~future in which people start listening to the person with the best ideas~" already fucking existed in the original game- it was called Jackson, Wyoming, and was run by Tommy and Maria, (Joel's little brother and his wife) who lead the community on their own merit and the fact that they're legitimately good leaders and not because they're the toughest or have the biggest guns. Not that Melanie would know that, since I doubt she even bothered to skim the damn wiki of the game, let alone play it long enough to see that with her own eyes.

I wonder if these people believe their own bullshit or they do this for the sake of their careers. Of course she will call Neil a genius, he is basically holding her career by balls

Twitter is the best and worst invention of the world. It gave influence to so many retards to influence hollow guillable idiots but it also helps expose the stupidity of these egotistical people. Lets you be very aware of who they are.

There is a reason that actors lost their glamour when social media started to become a thing and we started to see these people for what they are.
Even the gay character that Nick Offerman played doesn’t want to play Neil’s game:

On one side I should be pissed he doesnt even know the source material

But on the other side, why should he? He has puzzle pieces and money checks to collect, especially for kissing a another man. He is just an actor in the end of the day.

Its the TWD universe, if you find a place where you are reasonably safe from walkers and other humans and fed beyond the bare minimum, thats good enough to be VERY god damn happy.

Clearly they just wanted to use Clem even tho her story did come to a satisfying conclusion, right down forcing her to take a more passive role in the future given her missing foot. She is one of the most popular characters in TWD and Im sure Kirkman doesnt give a shit since its not his characters and he is too busy counting his money.

"Its all good, nerd, but you must accept change"
- Person who never played the game and yet demands you to accept and admire their alterations to the source material

These people are the ones that looked down on gaming and gamers until they realise they could make a buck off of them. Now tis "our" hobby now(they still like to remind you that they still very much hate you tho).

Having not played it, was the first game really that outstanding, leaving politics and other stuff aside? I just remember watching a few videos, it looked good but nothing to obsess about.

Also found some abo sperg, Rhain Cassidy Radford-Burns, who makes endless articles about the characters on wiki. How the fuck do you even start editing that shithole when you're just eleven?!
He's a failed video game journofag, and now works at woolworths. Honestly surprised that fag hasn't trooned out, yet.

One thing I didn't know is that the founders of naughty dog met in hebrew school, wonder if that's why he wound up there. Wiki never fails to mention details like that.
Politics and other shit aside? It's alright. Not the masterpiece some people or shills want you to believe, but it tells a decent story and it's gameplay is enjoyably simple. If there wasn't bullshit surrounding ND and Cuckman I'd say consider picking it up on sale.

They were basically hyper violent raiders. For some reason this got toned down significantly and it looks like they're making them more like normies who happen to be hostile. Kathleen would have been shot and her shoes stolen in the game's rendition of Pittsburgh, but I guess an extended series of episodes with the protagonists fighting tooth and nail to stay one step ahead of an entire faction that wants them dead would have been too hard to film so instead we get Walking Dead shit where a bunch of hardened men with machine guns decide to take orders from some fat wine mom with an irrational vengeance complex.
