The Lakers are officially out of the playoffs.

Lots of parity in the Eastern conference. The 2, 3, and 4 seeds all have the same record, and the 10th seed is only 9 games back from the 2 seed.

Remember when it was the Western conference that was deep? That's been flipped.
Pepperidge Farms remembers. Let's see how long it'll be before the Lakers win an other championship.

Just received word yesterday that ever since LeBron James and the Lakers were eliminated from playoff contention, ratings surprisingly went up and it seems people are enjoying it.

Also, I would not be mad if the Miami Heat make it to the Finals against the Suns or Bucks.

Sixers lost. I'm not ready to discount a potential 4-3 comeback by the Raptors because I've seen the Sixers and Doc Rivers in action too many times to not at least consider the possibility of them blowing their chances like a birthday candle.

Honestly good fucking riddance. When Bryant retired, the Lakers felt like their soul was ripped off. I loved Lakers pre-2010. Nowadays I can't see them in good faith.

CBS Sports has officially updated what their bracket looks like for this years NBA Playoffs.

Personally, at the rate this is going, I’m going to guess:

Semifinals Prediction
Suns vs. Warriors
Heat vs. Bucks

Finals Prediction
Suns (or Warriors) vs. Bucks

Obviously, I could be proven wrong since the 76ers and the Grizzlies actually look like teams that really want to win it this year. Where as the Mavericks with Luka Doncic have been pretty good all this season, but either way I still think the Suns might make it if the Heat do not.

I don’t think they will be satisfied if Giannis does not win his second one.

It's crazy that the Heat/Sixers series has ended up being the tamest of the four so far.
I wish I could like the Suns more.

I'd trust a Dingo to watch my baby without incident more than I trust The Process. How the hell did Joel Embiid come in second in MVP voting? He sucks and spends more time under the knife than on the court. I hope the Heat win because Jimmy Butler plays like he wants his next victory more than his next breath, and I want that knife of him leaving the Sixers to be twisted just that little bit more.
Edit: Keeping Doc Rivers shows how deeply unserious the Sixers are about winning. If Doc Rivers was even a semi-decent coach, Boston's Big Three would have won more championships than just 2008. After the 2010 Finals this man has not made it past the second round. What a total joke. He and Ben Simmons are proof it's possible to fail upward in the NBA.

I agree about Embiid, his constant flopping even ended up destroying his teammates knee. Conveniently got glossed over in all the media like it wasn't at all avoidable.

And knowing how China and Saudi Arabia don't give a road apple to BLM and now they know the founders of BLM spend their money elsewhere. They don't want to touch BLM anymore with a 10 feet pole.

It could be interesting to see if the NBA finals ratings have really crashed as the vloggers from Sports Wars said but since they have gone woke by virtue signaling, it's no surprise then the NBA will go broke if they don't correct their course.
