Still not sure. The pink skin is because Testosterone seems to make the skin flush, if you look at a lot of RL Pooners they are fucking pink.

I think its just another example of the body dysmorphia they have.

re: big lips: Pooners are women trying to be men. Women tend to have fuller lips than men. It's just illustrating their inability to change their basic female biology/morphology, no matter how much they insist they're male.
