A recent video of Marcus Dib (The Offensive Tranny) jumped on my YouTube feed, titled "This Young Trans Activist’s Story Is Concerning", so I clicked on that. In the video, Marcus shows a young "trans activist" woman names Ains, who decided she is trans and hopped on T. According to Marcus, she got her first T shot within a week after her first appointment for T. I've tried finding the TikTok video that proves this claim, but this woman has tens videos on her account, and I couldn't find this specific one, or to follow the timing of her T "journey" closely enough to figure out the dates. I'm not joking when I say that it took me several attempts trying to scroll to the bottom so I could see the first videos - my computer/smartphone just froze at the some point and I have to refresh and start all over. Fuck TikTok and its endless scroll and lack of basic search options.
Ains Gehrman was a beautiful young woman/teenage girl, who is Diagnosed with Bipolar 1 with psychotic features, ADHD, and OCD (also here), and gets medications for it. All of this didn't bother the doctor who is specialized in "trans care", and Ains was affirmed as a transman quickly. She then proceeded to take T and then had top surgery, paid by insurance (probably of one of her parents).
When she started T she still very much "presented as a woman" - dressed, have haircut and makeup in feminine fashion, but gradually started "presenting as man" - getting shorter haircuts and wearing more men's cloths. She claims she didn't have the courage to present as man before the T started to do something. Also claims this is just a custom. She has been posting tons of videos of herself on TikTok admiring her own appearance, despite also supposedly hating the way she looks and having severe gender dysphoria, so deep that just looking at herself in the mirror or waking up in her female body was unbearable. One would think that if you suffer such dysphoria you wouldn't put so many videos featuring your feminine face and female body dressed in women's cloths, but our Ains doesn't seem to find these two things contradictory.
Like so many of these young women, she was indoctrinated in college, where she learned that "gender is a social construct", then started to question her gender identity, and two years later, came out as transgender man. She identify as non-binary genderfluid and lesbian at first, and proceed to identify as gay/queer/pan transgender man . She kind of details her pronouns and gender identity "journey" here, and it went something like that: she/they woman --> they/them non-binary --> they/he genderfluid --> he/they man. I guess later on it became he/him man, because these are her pronouns now.
She has quite a few videos dedicated to tutoring other girls in the ways of self mutilation, also called putting on binders and applying "trans tape" (some examples 1, 2, 3 ). She also had a series on Testosterone (1, 2, ,3, 4, 5), and she "mansplained" (lol) about top surgery as well. Now she is trying on packers.
Her family is very supportive, especially her dad. Most fathers would be devastated if their beautiful daughter was mutilating herself that way, but her father is like, fuck yeah, I have a son! Well, actually I have always had a son, it's just that now his soul is brought into light, or whatever.
She has no single original, independent or critical thought in her mind, not one that I could see anyway. She is ignorant about everything and brainwashed to the max. She majors in Gender and Women’s Studies with an emphasis in Queer, Trans, and Sexuality Studies and minors in 2D Studio Art (also see here), and her artwork is about every shallow neo-marxist liberal leftist post-modernist identity politics talking point, with special focus of course on gender identity, transgenderism and queerness, which encompasses her whole identity. Being transman and queer is her whole life. Basically every thought she express in her videos is about her transness. Chasing gender euphoria and trans joy and trying to avoid gender dysphoria, which I bet only really started when she decided she is not a woman (watch her rationalizes how she is dysphoric about her period because of "gender" even though she knows many women are depressed around her period, but no, for her it's different and it's like the estrogen makes her depressed, and also flat out admitting she become more depressed about it since she "came in terms with my gender"). Her best friend is a troon, what else.
Like so many of her kind, she likes to perpetuate the false narrative that she had always been a man despite ample evidence to the contrary, she had always known she was a man (although she obviously didn't), she had always wanted this (lol see here how she says she doesn't want to take T, but later on claims this had always been her dream), ever since forever, that she was only masking and overcompensating presenting as a feminine girl (I had the video but I lost it and I can't look through her videos anymore, I'm exhausted you guys), and that she was never really happy before (i.e. here) but now she had never been happier, and that without gender affirming care she wouldn't been here right now. Yeah, right. She acts like being a female and femininity is a curse she has to get rid off, but it's definitely not self-hatred and self mutilation, yo, and this is all very stable and authentic, not at all performative.
Anyway, you got the gist. I spent waaaaay too much on this broad for no good reason, really. There is nothing special about her, she is a dime a dozen, there are hundreds of thousands like her. The only thing that makes her a bit expectational is that she is so pretty, but even that is not so out of the ordinary - plenty of pretty women decided to uglify and mutilate themselves. Let's be real here, the only reason she got so many followers and views is her pretty privileges. She is a prime example of this phenomenon, however, a perfect example. A girl with plenty of mental issues, got indoctrinated in college, brainwashed, immersing herself in the cult, everything in her life is about her "gender identity" now, not an ounce of a critical thought, zero personality, self harming and self mutilating to the applauds of her followers.
The more I watched her, the more I found my sympathy and empathy evaporate. I mean, they are still there to some degree... but at the end of the day, it feels like a cult member who is too far gone and cannot be rescued anymore. The only thing left to do is to make sure she harms as few people as possible. It's not the fact that she takes T or the double mastectomy - these things you can still come back from; it's that she is so thoroughly brainwashed, and her whole life is about this "gender identity", what she will be left without it? Her degree is about that, her family and friends are in it too, she wrapped all her life around this gender thing, her art which she wants to make her career is about this, she convinced herself that she was always a boy and that she is now happier than ever, and all of this was done in her most formative years. If this falls, she has nothing. Sad, but nothing we can do about it.
