So a few weeks back a gamepack icon leaked. At the time people theorized that it was either for a snow / ski themed vacation world, an alien world, or something star wars themed and well...

It's like daaammmmnnn, nobody wanted this so why did EA think it was a good idea (other than a cash grab). Why not fix the real problems? Hopefully, Paralives will eventually come out or The Sims 5 will actually learn from the previous games' mistakes.

Disney gets money from this too since it looks like the world is based off the park.

I played the shit out of The Sims 2 and the modding community for that game still exists.
But I remember this one mod called The OhMyGodWhatTheFuck Grill.
You were able to cook your own baby with this mod and you can serve it to all your guests.

The OMGWTFBBQ was made by Pescado as a more or less shock mod with the intent to offend if I recall correctly.
He went on to run More Awesome Than You where he developed one of the more popular at the time Sims 3 mods, AwesomeMod, and then Paysites Must be Destroyed which had a vast collection of CC that was locked behind creator paywalls.

lol its an EA game. You have a better chance of Mass Effect 4 being a great sequel than having EA admitting they fucked up. This is the company that, over Bank of America, won some "worst company in the world" consumer award and laughed about it, at the height of Occupy Wall Street shit. Communists hate EA more than they hate banks and EA just laughs. I mean it is kinda funny and I guess theyre still standing so...
I dont even like EA or any of its properties but its a meme for a reason. Youd be lucky to suck their dick when they offer a season pass for like 7 out of 10 of their expansion packs that are like 90% community mods that they appropriated.

Sadly EA would rather kill a game then learn from their greedy business model. Look what they did to SimCity drove it right in the ground and their new game could not compete with City Skylines. I hope Paralives will be a good game and isn't just hype.

This Star Wars shit is their most exceptional and tone deaf pack yet. It's like they're purposefully trolling the Sims community. If so....kudos, it's pretty funny. Sims 4 is unplayable without mods anyway.

They could've even appealed to old-school Sim game fans and added a Rollercoaster Tycoon rip-off/boardwalk town you could customize and run as a business.
That takes actual work though so.

Oh, good fucking lord, as if The Sims 4 wasn't enough of a blatant cash grab already, they now have to license a popular franchise just to bait people into playing it? Talk about fucking desperate. 
The simple answer is that it's likely a performance issue. You're going to be seeing hands a lot more than you are feet, so it's better to have the hands animated while the feet can be one solid immobile mass that conserves polygons. No sense animating something that's only visible 5% of your Sims' lifetime.

It was only a matter of time - there's now a mod that lets your Sims have preferred pronouns. It simply alters the text in game since nobody knows what the fuck they're saying in Simlish, but the amount of snowflakes in this fandom is astonishing.

I did a cursory Twitter search for Sims 4 lunacy and there was abundant milk. I'd suggest they play a different game already but 
EA is trash and Sims 4 is the most autistic of the series but no doubt they're laughing all the way to the bank right now with that Disney money.
