It may not even come to that. If the cons are as cooperative with each other in regards to sharing information as some people in the original thread say, someone can just make it up and he's gone forever, if even allowed in in the first place.

Might actually be a good idea if Chris stays away from the next few cons he intended to attend, until after people who wanted to troll him this way lose interest.

I think Idea Guy managing to alter Chris' perception of reality this much is a whole lot nastier than BlueSpike. Jesus christ, the way he weaves in-and-out of it is a very disconcerting, even if somehow, Null and co. manage to fix his social behavior, which I think might be a lost cause, how can you fix these delusions?

What bothers me is that people with ANY sense realize the Hyperdimension Neptunia series is about characters representing other things.

But not Chris. He is unable to separate the deliberate fantasy from actual fact referenced by the former.

You convince him jerkops are under the orders of Mary Lee Walsh to bully people who appear to know about "those other dimensions."

Chris has always been detached from reality and fiction. We know his belief as early as the Asperchu saga. The Idea Guy took advantage of that and shattered the hypothetical difference to the point of near schizophrenia.

I don't think it was just the ideaguy. If a sane person had been exposed to the same thing, they would have just laughed it off. Chris just wanted to believe in dumb shit as long as it met his emotional needs.

I just hope Chris doesn't get involved with a UFO/interdimensional travel cult after Barb's death.

Actually, I think it sounds more like the muted trumpet they used for the teacher’s voice in the old Charlie Brown cartoons.
