I don't really think it is. The doctor held pretty firm and didn't give in much to Blackwell on things like the respiratory rate or the meth component. He even said if his breathing rate appeared normal then it was probably suppressed because he should have been breathing harder due to the physical exertion of fighting with the cops. Overall, I feel like he was a fairly solid witness. But as always, I could be wrong.

No, at least not medically

The reason people usually pass out is because they essentially fall asleep. You are content, feeling good, and are inhibited. Breathe less and less and then pass out. We don't have any info about this otherwise. People don't just fall over unconscious.

Think of hyperthermia. Imagine walking up to a dude with hyperthermia, as he's about to fall asleep, and you start to pound the shit out of him. He's gonna react and stay awake until the end, or at least long enough for the brain to HAVE to shut down.

Sleep just accelerates the process greatly.

But if it's determined that Chauvin being on tpp of Floyd played any role at all, it's Guilty, correct? The drugs and health problems are incidental.

If I bump into a deathfat and they lose their balance, tip over, and die of choking or a heart attack, would they not still be alive (even if for not very long) had I not bumped into them?
