I think IH is too high profile to risk talking about something as polarized as this. If he was willing to do this he'd probably already talk about the Zimmerman trial, which objectively had an internet shitshow moment with the skype calls, which would be perfect IH content imo.

I'm pretty sure "Jury nullification" is just when they find the accused not guilty when they clearly are because they think the law is shit or that the prosecutor is a fag. My understanding is that if, say, wearing cargo shorts is against the law and some guy wearing cargo shorts is arrested and charged for wearing cargo shorts and the jury finds him not guilty, that's a jury nullification.
