Only read a few of these post, so I'll address the ones I read...
1) Neither Yaya or I live with any of my family. Hell, my family has been against Yaya and I ever since they found out I brought her to Chesapeake.
2) Neither me or my family live in "poverty" or are low income. No idea what gave you that idea, but no. No poor person would have an ego as big as mine.
3) I only said I moved into a $100,000 house, not a $5 million mansion. As some other fool said, $100,000 isn't shit and if you think it is, then you're financially FUCKED.
Now onto Yellow Yam Scam, who is one in many people that has tried and failed to "research" me....
1) I've never lived in Norfolk, VA in my live and as long as crime remains high there, I don't want to. I always have and still do live in Chesapeake, VA, the second best city in Hampton Roads only behind Virginia Beach....at least, in my opinion.
2) My hobbies are WATCHING motor racing and WWE, just to make that part clear.
3) I was set to attend Melbourne University but never did because of an unforeseen cluster fuck between Yaya, her family and myself. I'll have another shot next year. I never claimed to attend that or The University Of Fairbanks. It would be nice, but Facebook doesn't allow people to add schools they WILL attend so....yeah, relax, it's Fairbanks and Melbourne, not Harvard of Oxford they are not exactly prestigious schools, dude.
4) I am a storm chaser, or storm photographer to be exact. Storm chasing is, by nature, a national thing and for some, international. Have a car? Have a laptop or smartphone w/ radar? Have a camera? Have the balls(or lack of brains depending on who you ask) to travel around chasing severe weather? Congrats, you're a storm chaser!
5) Got a loud mouth? Do you or do you act like you know what you're talking about on subjects? Want to be on TV or radio, without using profanity? Congrats, you're on your way to being a pundit. Quoted tweets do not make someone a pundit, not even by the most vauge definition so where are you pulling all your shit from?
6) The international journalist part is true, which is so obvious that I don't even need to ramble(Google is your friend).
7) The most common accusation I've gotten is that "Akemi" is not my real name...hate to break it to you but here in the US, anybody can change their name to anything they want if it isn't so you can commit fraud. It is a name change, not a sex change, it's pretty simple to do. Akemi Mokoto, is in fact, my real name.
My life entered a tailspin in the middle part of 2015 when I fell in love with a human girl that dragged me own. Before that and excluding a few relationships, things were going up or staying a cruising altitude.
9) Twitter account Otaku2012 isn't deleted, it's still there as UnAmericanOtaku. Tweets that are not there were deleted at the start of 2015 or some time around that because I thought that my large number of Tweets would lead people to think my account was a bot account, not a human account. Believe me, it was hard for me to finally "pull the trigger." I fought with the decision for the entire previous year honestly.
10) The "sexist man alive" thing was intended to be humor, not a serious claim.
11) My hate for the FCC started years ago after I got sick of them controlling TV and radio content(i.e. profanity, nudity, violence).
So, aside from the fact that a majority of what you posted is complete crap, I have to remind you of this one little thing called "burden of proof." In criminal law, the burden of proof lays on the prosecution, which seems to be you and your team on this website of loons. The burden of proof is on me only if the prosecution has evidence that proves beyond a reasonable doubt that I am, in fact, guilty...or in this case, a lying sack of horse shit. So far, you have supplied no proof only your analyst which is a poor one at that. Seriously, I've seen better failed attempts....so, I ask you...where's the evidence of my guilt? Show that, and I'll be happy to prove my innocence(honesty).
1) I don't believe you. This is no different from your claim that you owned two houses (One in Japan!) Besides, Eloise told me differently. Also, Norfolk is 5.7 miles from Chesapeake. For a person concerned with the geography outside of your tiny portion of south-east Virginia, they are essentially the same place (In fact, the county you currently live in was previously Norfolk county.) You have a long history of lying about the living situation of you and your "adoptive" (grand) parents.
2) What gives me the idea that you're impoverished is the property records of the apartment that you live in, the fact that you can't afford to fix your computer and the fact that you donate plasma, which you also have Yalitz doing. You also ride your bike and the bus - so does Yalitz.

3) You literally just wrote "I said that I attended these schools but that doesn't mean I ever said I attended them." Also, these claims began years before there was any mention of Yalitz. By the way, I doubt they'd be interested in accepting your application considering the sort of shit that is on your school record according to Megan K - you know, the stuff involving the printer.
4,5,6) - I said these were all exaggerations - Brianna Wu-esque exaggerations, in particular, and they are, as you've admitted.

Your reading comprehension seems to be kind of...loose - do you have a learning disability? Does it have anything to do with why your mom left you to be raised by your grandparents?
7) Yes, I'm aware. In fact, if you want to go back and read it, you'll see that I actually said that I believe you have changed your name. But the fact that it's easy to do doesn't mean that you've gotten your name changed and it especially does not mean that your name was changed in 2011 when you originally said that it was changed. Regardless, your birthname, Damian Daughtry is considerably more useful for our purposes.

Were we dealing in criminal law, I'd say this confession would be rather decent proof. This post is from 2009. You graduated in 2006 or 2007 so you were at least 18 years old.
Look, I wasn't going to fuck with you too bad before because I think pretty much everything you say is bullshit, regardless of if it's positive or negative. But now that you've come up with this sob story about Yalitz being sexually abused by her brothers after having previously claimed that you were the one having sex with a 14 year old who lives with you, which, you know, is essentially a lesser version of the same crime, I have no issue ratcheting it up a bit.
