Is English not Yaya's native language or she legitimately intellectually disabled?
She's Hispanic, but she her grammar errors doesn't read like someone who learned Spanish before English. She just seems kind of slow to me.

Really? So far all he's done is make a nice public post full of emotional statements about how we could totally have her eating her next meal back with her family. It seems more like a good way to farm Feels and Semper Fi ratings than to actually get anything done, especially considering that the boyfriend he's trying to rescue her from is likely reading this very thread and if he's actually dangerous to her, he can probably at least intercept any plane tickets we mailed her.
This isn't meant as a personal attack against Chuck's character or anything. It applies to pretty much any random user on this or any other internet forum. I understand that it's tempting to want to save everybody, but it's also hard. I'm not going to congratulate anyone until they've actually accomplished something, and I'm not going to give money to someone I barely know for a likely futile cause.
If you want to help, your best bet would be to contact her privately, link her to some shelters that might be able to help, and don't tell everyone on the thread about what a hero you are. The fact that everyone seems to be focused on doing the last thing first is what makes me skeptical that anything concrete is ever going to come of it.
Ok I see.If you want to help, then help her. There's no need to make a big deal about it on the internet, though - especially considering that her boyfriend has participated in the thread and so is probably aware of your plans. And you'll forgive us if we have a healthy amount of skepticism about grand plans like that.
This is so naive. More likely the police wondered if akemi was developmentally disabled and they decided that they just won't feel cool beating the shit out of a retard even if he is a minority.Akemi attributes them not getting arrested to being respectful.
I can send her money over western union, bluedot, or probably even facebook and she can use it to buy a phone, once she has a phone I can help her get a hotel and she can pick up her tickets to wherever at the desk and go.The police have stopped them a bunch of times because they're minorities who go to playgrounds and pretend to be Power Rangers or whatever, so it looks like domestic violence to passersby. Akemi attributes them not getting arrested to being respectful. Facebook also made it sound like someone called the cops on Thanksgiving about slapping Yaya.
If they've been in and out of shelters and the shelter wanted Yaya to call her mom, then someone can see that she is borderline retarded and not capable of being independent, but they also didn't stop her from, at some point, leaving with him.
This is so naive. More likely the police wondered if akemi was developmentally disabled and they decided that they just won't feel cool beating the shit out of a exceptional individual even if he is a minority.
The only time retards get shot is in the middle of tard rage, so in a way akemi is correct.

If she lets akemi steal a small amount of money from me then my life will go on and I won't feel as bad loling at the whole thing on the internet.
What makes you think they're living in shelters?
PS What was jamie walton's handle here? I think honestly she would be the best to consult here since it appears that yaya's mother's house doesn't appear to be a solution.
Edit: Rephrased this because I wrote it in a spergy manner.Pretty sure they live with Akemi's grandparents now. On Thanksgiving he bragged about moving into a $100,000 house. His "adoptive family" he speaks of is his grandparents. His mother had to give up he and his brother because they were so emotionally troubled/special needs, and I assume they always bounced between foster care and his grandparents. It's really sad how she desperately tries to be proud of him and connect with him through all of his depraved facebook statuses. He will occasionally shit on her in his statuses for his abandonment issues about all that.
Yaya was accepted to a shelter in the first week of October and Akemi's mother urged her to go. Not sure how many nights if any she spent at shelters or they just hung out around other vagrants - libraries, kitchens, the plasma center.
Around the same time, Akemi stopped tracking police chases, claimed his computer was infected, claimed he was staying in a swanky hotel with room service which might be a seedy motel or might be a total lie.
He was also "Searching for work in the New York, New York area. If that fails, I will try the San Francisco, California area." at that time which was one of the funniest statuses to me.
Edit: Rephrased this because I wrote it in a spergy manner.
Do you know them personally? Or is this info you came across from searching? This is stuff that I knew but didn't feel like I could really confirm so I'm just curious as to how you figured this stuff out.
His grandparents, AFAIK, live in an apartment though. I believe the $100,000 house thing is a ruse, like the other houses he's claimed to have owned over the years.
No, just been following him for a few years. My memory might be fuzzy on some details, he has deleted a lot of 2015 tweets, possibly after Thanksgiving, and I was banned from the place where I started following him.
Here's a facebook post about that police contact I was talking about. https://www.facebook.com/AkemiCNN/posts/888305431252898
Not sure if it's an apartment but that would make the fight they had about how she wouldn't fuck while the grandparents were home on a Sunday afternoon even weirder. I only see them saying house but those are phrases like "get out of the house" that everyone uses.
I'm sorry, but if we have actual Tweets and shit that show that the girl is being abused to the point where we should be organizing rescue attempts, maybe someone should be contacting the fucking authorities instead of pretending that they're the A-Team or something and writing up some huge post talking about how it would go if you could have your ideal situation where you're saving this girl.
Yes, I sound like a heartless asshole right now, but honestly speaking, if people are serious about helping her then please contact the authorities instead of being some keyboard warrior and trying to "spook" him or some dumb shit like that. It just really sounds like you're taking the easiest approach to farm ratings, which is "talk about this girl that's being abused and how you're gonna do these things to help her." I'm sorry, I really am, but it sounds like you're exploiting her situation for ratings and not for actually wanting to help her.
And that's shitty.
You wanna be the big damn hero? How about you post a pic of some abuse report or something that you filed informing the authorities of this shit? You know, so we know that things actually got done.
And yes, "at least he's doing something" or "I don't see you doing anything." No, I'm not as invested in this topic as other people are, so yes, the emotional impact is less on me than it is for other people who have been following this cow. Yes, I'm a heartless bastard for "leaving this poor woman to abuse at the hands of this person." I have other, irl shit that affects me that I have to take care of. I can't go out and comb this entire thread for information so I can file the proper stuff because I'm simply not as invested. However, I do have enough time to write out how dumb it makes you look when you're posting this huge fantasy list of how you're gonna save this girl as though we suddenly became a B-list action film.
Do something or don't. Don't advertise the shit here. The cow doesn't care and it looks like you're exploiting some abuse victim's situation for ratings. That doesn't make you look like a hero. It makes you look like an exploitative fuckwit.
I look forward to no less than 3 Dumb ratings and a bunch of people calling me an asshole for bitching about this instead of helping the girl.![]()
All this talk about sending her home spooked him good.

I will be publishing a statement about Yaya and I tomorrow at noon(EDT). It will be done on my blog. Thank #KiwiFarms for it, by the way.

I take it back, I'll publish it now.

NEW BLOG POST: Yaya and I… http://akemi-mokoto.me/2015/12/26/yaya-and-i/
All this talk about sending her home spooked him good.
Are they against you being with her because they see it being problematic for you or her?1) Neither Yaya or I live with any of my family. Hell, my family has been against Yaya and I ever since they found out I brought her to Chesapeake.
https://lolcow.wiki/wiki/Ahuviya_Harel2) Neither me or my family live in "poverty" or are low income. No idea what gave you that idea, but no. No poor person would have an ego as big as mine.
Does that mean that you don't watch anime?2) My hobbies are WATCHING motor racing and WWE, just to make that part clear.
What do you intend on studying there?3) I was set to attend Melbourne University but never did because of an unforeseen cluster fuck between Yaya, her family and myself. I'll have another shot next year. I never claimed to attend that or The University Of Fairbanks. It would be nice, but Facebook doesn't allow people to add schools they WILL attend so....yeah, relax, it's Fairbanks and Melbourne, not Harvard of Oxford they are not exactly prestigious schools, dude.
Is that your source of income?4) I am a storm chaser, or storm photographer to be exact. Storm chasing is, by nature, a national thing and for some, international. Have a car? Have a laptop or smartphone w/ radar? Have a camera? Have the balls(or lack of brains depending on who you ask) to travel around chasing severe weather? Congrats, you're a storm chaser!
What are you if not a human? My life entered a tailspin in the middle part of 2015 when I fell in love with a human girl that dragged me own. Before that and excluding a few relationships, things were going up or staying a cruising altitude.
Completely valid11) My hate for the FCC started years ago after I got sick of them controlling TV and radio content(i.e. profanity, nudity, violence).
Actually, no. Even my own family tried to get her away from me and send her home but failed. Why would I be spooked by strangers if family failed? The role KF played was more of a pressuring one. My Google inbox is spammed very day by Google Alerts about post from Kiwi Farms posting about me, which annoys me since it's always the same website. So, hopefully, my future Google Alerts will be because ANOTHER website is talking about me instead of the same one.
Don't believe me? Think about it this way.... my blog post was about everything BEFORE Yaya and I moved to Chesapeake, which was MONTHS before she and I got into....fights and my Facebook post and Twitter post became more anti-Yaya. If I was spooked, don't you think my blog post would be more about present day and how I have been doing with her in the past 2 months instead of what happened between 6-10 months ago? Think before you type false accusations about my intent or reasoning! It'll save me time from typing people like you.
