What a shitty season finale that was.
In honor of Andrea:

This is how I'll always think of Andrea:

She's still alive in the comics, thank god.

Carl's still a psychotic asshole, no changes there. At this point, I'm holding my breath in anticipation for
him losing his eye.

Someone give me a yell when Negan shows up, im just gonna not bother starting the series till im sure hes in it

Yeah,I want it to be pee-pee pants city real soon too.

Maybe he'll have it next season. I think we're gonna see a really big battle like in the comics.

True...

The group looks like they're staying at the prison for a while.

I want to see Daryl get Tyrese's comic book death. He needs to die next season.

As a Daryl fan, I really hope that doesn't happen.

I bought the new issue today, but haven't read it yet.

I hope not. I like Daryl :(

tagline: Andrea and Carl face the unthinkable

Comic covers usually try to trick you. I'm really not sure who Negan will kill (if anyone)

I think in 112 he will save Andrea and Carl from zombies and will want Andrea as one of his wives. (and maybe Carl as his first "son")

Negan did kill somebody, but it wasn't anyone major. I'm sure it will lead to some big shit though.

I used to love the show and the comics but I think season 3 was shit and the comics haven't really been good since like the Hunters arc. Kirkman is trying too hard to make Negan like The Governor x10 but it's just goofy as hell. I've just been reading quick summaries of what has happened every few months. I really wish he would kill Rick off.

I thought I should just bring this back so we don't hijack the "get to know one another" thread.

Anyway, who has read 117? I think that...

Negan sent David in that room because he knew he would try to rape Holly. He saved her from being raped so that she might gain his trust and think he's not so bad after all...or maybe even get her to turn to the Saviors side. Then again they killed Abraham so maybe she'll never join Negan

I'm on Season 4 episode 6 thus far, some thoughts I have.

I like how they detracted and decided not to follow the storyline of the comics and develop their own plot, separate from the comics, however, seasons 1 and 2 seemed like a bit awkward, since it seemed like they were trying to to follow the plot of the comic to the best of their ability, but at the same time trying to explore around with moving away from the comic. Season 2 was a bit slow because of the uncertainty of this, but one advantage is that they built on character development for later seasons.

I would probably argue that the writing is revolutionary for TV shows, considering that the producers aren't afraid and will often kill off the viewer's favorite characters, something that nearly all other shows shy away from. It holds a more emotional connotation to the viewers watching to kill off a character that they've gotten used to for 2+ seasons in a five minute period, and definitely allows the viewers to relate with the emotional difficulties and the deaths and losses that the characters have to deal with in that situation.

My roommate watches it. Seems okay, especially when it's zombies killing people instead of people talking about shit.

When that spinoff started he had our /pol/tard neighbor over and /pol/bor got waaaaaaaaay triggered because apparently a hallway in the school had a picture of Anne Frank on a wall.

The season premiere was great.Brutal but great.

It's also funny that a shitload of people are whining on AMC Facebook that it was too brutal but that was to be expected.
