My 80 year old father has never even owned a computer, let alone used the internet, and now he has an opinion on which jail Chris Chan should go to.

Tucker Carlson owes me damages from the emotional burden I now have to carry, knowing my father survived two wars, only to still be cursed with the knowledge of Chris Chan.

The fact shit in the media keeps saying "alleged incest/rape" when there's proven evidence and several fucking confirmations of the incest/rape and the gender and the usual "people online are far right, mean, and bad!" shit seems to be taking priority with a lot of the media coverage of the chris situation just makes my soul fucking hurt so god damn much. I don't know if this was brought up in the thread but I'm too lazy to check all 26 pages right now. The fact that I'v just watching an entirely different fake reality manifesting around the case is so god damn surreal and further kills any trust I've had in any area of prestige or authority because they just pull shit like this constantly if there's a LGBT involved or if they can try and get somewhere that isn't twitter facebook or reddit shut down by making shit up and cherrypicking data.

Until there's an actual conviction they have to say "allegedly" for legal reasons. Not doing so could open them up to a defamation suit, and his defense lawyer could use it to argue for things like change of venue or a judge that they think might go easier on Chris.

They didn't do that shit with bill cosby though unless I'm remembering wrong. legal stipulation or not there's definitely some form of agenda shit behind the way they're framing this case.

It depends. News networks have "opinion" and "fact" segments that they happily blur together, but are presented differently enough that they don't get ripped apart for slander in court.

There's no better example of this than the Trump-Russia stuff where the anchor on CNN says "Trump is Allegedly a Russian agent, according to some. Here is our totally-doesn't-work-for-us former CIA analyst guest to say his opinion on why Trump is definitely actually factually provably working for the Kremlin".

Some were more careful than others. American defamation law gives more leeway with public figures, and while Chris is internet (in)famous to people like us, I don't think normie judges would consider him to be a public figure in the legal sense. I think most of the agenda pushing is going to be about the trans aspect and pro internet censorship groups trying to blame his behavior on sites they want taken down like KF and 4chan.
 
I hate the double standard media and the internet at large has taken on Chris because he can hide behind being on the spectrum, and trans to a lesser extent. If his life went completely the same path, except he wasn't diagnosed as Autistic, people would see him the same way they view DSP, Wings, or Nikocado.

They pussyfoot around the fact he fucked his mom by using words such as "allegedly" and "a voice that appears to be her." Then they blame it on the "trolls" as if Bluespike or Clyde Cash forced Chris to:

Harass Megan
Harass the Gameplace owner
Harass the Parappa the Rapper contest winners
Loiter around campus and throw rocks at random women to get noticed
Let his parents slowly get eaten alive by mold and ticks in their filthy house and yard
Drink Fanta semen
Pepperspray a Gamestop employee
Vandalize Sonic Boom fanart
slice his taint open and pierce it

Over the course of 20 years. Yep it was the same group of trolls. Yeah the cwcki did all of this, we can't make the autistic transgender independent comic artist look the least bit bad heavens no! I'm not saying there were some truly despicable trolls who actually hurt Chris and forced him to do things he otherwise wouldn't have done, but this is getting ridiculous.

So, is there any chance that one of the other major news networks, i.e. CNN or NBC, comes out with an article in defense of Chris, just to make Tucker look bad, and to "own" the evil Fox News?
