Kristy (the girl that said no) said to interviewers later that she said no because "Tila had this perfect partner envisioned in her mind, and I was in no way that person. I could never be that person. So I followed my heart and said no". When asked if she ever loved Tila, Kristy said, "I don't think so. With all the cameras and all the contestants, it was easy to believe I was in love. But now, months later, I realized that while I wasn't in love with Tila, I can thank her for helping me become more open with others about myself and my sexuality".Why did she get rejected? Did the person just do it for attention or did she come off very negatively in the actual shooting of the show/
So what I'm thinking is that Kristy was in it for fame/money (as were other people obviously), bit off more than she could chew, and then when she was given the choice to ride the crazy train that is Tila, she said "no thanks, I want off this ride" and booked it. Smart move to be honest.
edit: Tila, of course, ranted and raved for months (and even a year) after the show ended. Claiming Kristy was fake and only used Tila for her money, fame, and the show. And all people could respond with was "Duh, you had a Season 2 of a show for you to find fuckbuddies; everyone on that show was in it for the fame/money...."
