Apparently it was popularized by journos bashing Trump in 2016, but it seems to have REALLY taken off in late 2022/early 2023. I'm still looking into who popularized it in troon circles, but my mind immediately jumps towards Alex Carabello

The Holocaust: This refers to an incident that took place on May 6th 1933 where the Nazis raided the "Institut für Sexualwissenschaft", a private sexology research centre located in Berlin. They burned all the books the institute possessed, thus destroying 14 years of research into transgender science. If you deny that this happened, or even have doubts about the exact details about how the transgender community claims this went down, then you are doing Holocaust denial.

"Accomplices"

Straight, "cis" people who are willing to break laws and do crimes on behalf of trannies, supposedly to secure "trans rights."

Not sure if it's still a thing, but for a while it was a meme that troons didn't need just passive allies, they needed "accomplices" who would boldly risk everything, including their own lives and freedom to benefit the troons and their desires.

Please note, the trans community can 100% post the most violent, vile, hateful things about raping and murdering TERFs and their families, 24/7, and have those views shared openly around a community of primarily mentally ill people with an incel-esque hatred of women and poor impulse control, but this is not ackshually 'stochastic terrorism', ackshually. Stochastic terrorism is behaviour the trans community never, ever, ever, never, ever, not even once partakes in (honest, guv), only accuse others of doing.
