A lot of these terms seem to be mostly made up for this infographic, but my educated guesses are:
Tunapooner: Pooners who have turned into gross little goblins due to the effects of HRT. "Tuna" referring to the awful stench an atrophied vagina makes. Neckbeard and receding hairlines galore.
Poonscum: Portmanteau of "pooner" and "truscum", these are the pooners who talk about being real trans while inevitably just looking like hairy lesbians.
Heckin' Valid Dooderino: A mockery of redditspeak, these are the doods who tell each how manly they are on r/ftm while crying everytime they get called "ma'am" in real life.
Fujo to Uke: "Uke" being the yaoi fandom term for the bottom, or "woman" in the relationship, these are fujoshi who have decided to LARP their sexual fantasies full-time. Very rarely on HRT (body hair is icky!), usually look like tomboyish girls or femboys.
/TTTT/unaman: /tttt/ being the nickname for the 4chan /lgbt/ board, /tttt/unaman often have slightly more self-awareness that they do not pass as real men, yet are still too delusional to give up their fantasies. Will often post self-deprecating pooner art.
Poonchad: The rare female who has the right facial structure and body type to pass as a handsome man. Will still be obviously strangely short outside of carefully posed pictures.
