My ideal Sentinel would be a heavy retool of any Optimus that combines with his trailer, for this look.

They'd be more affordable if they actually stocked anywhere other than hasbro pulse timed preorders, occasional blips of stock and third party sellers that want over 100 for each fucking figure. Wanted nemesis bridge set, man. I don't get why the fuck only THAT shockwave and the galactic man homage one I missed a good discount on actually color the gun barrel/sides of his legs right. the Marvel comics cel shaded shockwave is NEARLY perfect if not for the fucking legs and backpack being purple in terms of cel shaded siege repaints. Yes I know the backpack can be excused as it being purple in robot mode in the show, but that wasn't the same kind of backpack. it was the back of the gun mode, not the barrel of the "spaceship". I already have a non-transforming RED shockwave to be the "animation accurate robot mode".

I’ve been watching some of the G1 cartoon and the Decepticons’ schemes are incredibly goofy. With that, I’ve thought of some modern day schemes that would fit right into the cartoon.

• Megatron orders assaults on cryptocurrency farms to siphon energy all while promoting Swindle’s cryptocurrency, Decepticoin.
• Shockwave incites the incel revolt by promising to create a custom robo gf for each incel in exchange for allegiance to the Decepticons.
• Mindwipe creates a meme that’s more brainrotting than Skibidi Toliet.
• Soundwave uses a.i. to make the Autobots appear to be racist on social media, forcing them to make an apology video rather than fight the Decepticons.

This just reminded me about how the infamous first attempt at doing "grimdark G1 plot but still marketable characters" thing the Takara side pulled had a joke where starscream literally shat himself after posessing a human kid. Going off that and everything else starscream's fucked up with over the years I wouldn't say he'd be outed as a groomer/pedo but rather gets in a situation where he gets framed as one and just makes himself look worse trying to provide evidence otherwise.

I mean G1 starscream already has COUNTLESS fucking moments like this one.

Youtube now just says "no results found" when I set to "newest" no matter what keywords on shit lately so I had to use GOOGLE SEARCH TO FIND THE FUCKING VIDEO and it was the first result.

By the way, God Ginrai box set will be released next year. It doesn't come with Super Ginrai, but if you ordered it it can store in the new box. No information on both coming out in a box set however. Should be around $315cad or about $225usd. Full set is over $1k CAD. Figured it would be. Without the special edition box, it's around $260 CAD or about $190USD

Got another modern g1 story: the online left learn about the history of the transformers and conclude that the Decepticons were noble freedom fighters revolting against class oppression. The Autobots have to restore the narrative before an entire generation of college students turn into Decepticon sympathizers.

Oh shit it's been a while since I saw the Unicron throne art, though this statue seems modified to be more like the aligned version of unicron than the g1 version. Ironically that makes him look more liege maximo-ish.

realistic human colored face with the red eyes mixed with human proportions throws me off a bit. Looks like a decent figure but not quite "starscream" enough. Kinda looks like a windblade retool/pretool looking at the way the body's greebling patterns are laid out. Big part of the reason I got the iron factory anime girl starscream homage was because it somehow managed to capture the personality and essence of the character on top of clearly being it's own thing removed from the original thing t's based on. I got some other figures the last few years that do similar things, though none of them are anything like it lmao. My point though is this "starqueen" figure doesn't seem to quite get the starscream essence aside from base level details. still looks cool though.

I wish they came back in stock, they randomly vanished from stock everywhere like right as I was about to order them. Figured with them being cool side characters not many people would want and it seemed that way at first till yeah you know. The Monster Hunter collab figure is a Rathalos to the suprise of no-one, it's a Terrorsaur retool with the tail partsforming into a shield. Can't wait for this to cost $50 and still have loose feet like every version of the Airrazor mold.

Should have been a leader dinobot retool figure due to it being fucking rathalos.
EDIT: Though amazon increased the price of death's head as he was in my fucking cart a few days ago it's still significantly cheaper than buying from pulse or BBTS somehow. Ordered him but it's gonna get a bit racey for a week or so in terms of spending money. Should probably set some stuff up to sell some old stuff I don't want sometime. If he's still readily available in a few months I might get another to try and heavily customize into his original outfit since I don't feel like waiting for the retool.
