I’ve kept up a little with the whole dominion lawsuit stuff on libtard Twitter.

I’m really not sure what the narrative is-they dislike Trump for…reasons? They uh didn’t want to offend their own audience?

Can anyone explain pls.

Looking at the article, Tucker Carlson seems more concerned that the election stuff might have had repercussions on Fox News, as well as his colleagues and himself.

There’s no indication as to why he “hates him passionately”?
I think it's a simple "See, even your favourite talking head doesn't believe what he's saying and thinks you're a rube".

That's a liberal motif/trope that's been around for decades.

As it is, you would think the email would show what Tucker actually does believe. I don't see anything of the sort. Maybe he thinks Trump wasn't right wing enough I dunno?

I had a feeling about this

Rupert could only afford the settlement because he had a guy like Tucker pulling an incredible 3 million viewers and sometimes more; and well and truly paid for the cost of the settlement and then handsomely some. I don't think this is actually related to the Dominion lawsuit despite it playing well on the piano.

Just as the GOP handed the party to Trump, I think Rupert decided than rather handing Fox News's future to Tucker, he would assassinate him now and give his network time to have a new pundit up and running in time for the election, someone whom plays a cleaner fiddle but still gets the fear mongering going. It is no secret Tucker went too far on many things and was starting to live in an alternate reality; I think his video attempt of Jan 6 indicates this clearly.

Rupert knows a master when he sees one but also realizes when a master has become a fanatic. Tucker had to go, no matter the cost. It is a big power play and Rupert has shown he will not only throw his own son under the bus, but his star ballerina. He's the fucking boss and will take out anyone; and as much as he is a creep, he has a resolve unmatched in the corporate arena and would rather watch his own house burn than be told to hold a candle for some creep.

Posted this on the Blessed Images thread, as it seems that the man with the famous confused face hung out with the man who yells about frogs in the contaminated water:
