update | is my mom moving in with me? 07/23/20 - six thousand dollar bed y'all

I'm sure Amber's new bed is coming directly from a durable medical supply company because they'll deliver and set it up. That's why it's $6k. I'm going to speculate that she is just leasing it for a couple months during her recovery or she shuffles off her mortal coil.

There's also no way she's getting one without at least basic electronic controls.

I see she is planning for her bed bound saga nicely.
Indeed. From what she said in the past, she does not like to be seen too much in public, so her walking outside will be limited to going to the car. Thus, it is immaterial whether it is a one or two bedrooms, she will spend most of the time in the apartment, and likely most time in bed. She will become more of a recluse. If it is the apartment in question, it is a bit of a shame since there is a gymnasium and a pool which would do her a world of good.

Looks like my theory about why the bed was 6K was wrong but now I'm just confused because she could of bought 3 of these ones that she'll need instead.

I honestly thought these were a lot more expensive.
it might be a lot more expensive because Amber have to buy the biggest size possible...our Daintee Kween surely want to lay together in Bed with the Thumb...doeeen "Clit stuff" XD they need a massive Bed =)

She's clearly running up her credit card bill hoping that when she inevitably files for bankruptcy that everything gets discharged. Firstly, she's making an assumption about getting a Chapter 7. Secondly, the bankruptcy trustee will 100% see all these frivolous purchases. I did a basic google search about the exemptions and the Kentucky exemption for personal property like"Household furnishings, jewelry, personal clothing, and ornaments up to $3,000 under KRS § 427.010(1)" vs federal bankruptcy which is " $625 per individual item with a $13,400 aggregate value,on household goods, furnishings, appliances, clothes, books, animals, crops, musical instruments. (11 U.S.C. § 522(d)(3).) ".

If she gets a her medical debt fogiven it would be considered income and would be taxed. And big Al would 100% get THOTaudited by the interfering heffers from Reddit, FB, etc. But the Amber IRS saga would be magnificent. I pray it might lead to my Christmas wish that I've been asking Allah for this year.

I'm no a lawyer (and much less familiar with Commonwealth Law or wtf it's based off of), but if she goes through with the bankruptcy, her 'assets' might be things she owns with Becky or her mom, aka not a spouse and someone who owns 50% of the value of the asset. So unless it's something like clothes where they can sell half the horde, her bed and pets will probably be in her possession.

As great as it would be to get an IRS saga, Amber would echo her trailer trash roots and get her Chapter 7, keep her shit, and continue being a pox upon society. It would 100% mimic DSP's. I bet with the bankruptcy some dumb cunts might buy one of her debts and "omg lul le epic troll" Amber.

Amberlynn mentioned that she got a tempur-pedic that moves, i.e. you can elevate the head or foot of the bed. Beds like this have a larger box spring so it tends to put the bed higher than an average bed. If she got a king-sized bed that will make it even taller. I'm not surprised with her incision that she can't climb onto and off the bed easily--it would require climbing and possibly twisting for someone of her height.

She's going to get rid of the recliner despite the fact she just bought it because it's not comfortable enough. If she had been able to try it out before buying it, she could have picked something more comfortable.

Then she buys a bed for $6k without trying it out. Makes sense.
She will probably just put the recliner out with the trash

She is having such a hard time holding back her grin when she’s talking about how she didn’t have an appetite in the hospital...

“they said I couldn’t leave until I ate something”

These nurses and doctors never notice or say anything about her weight. She didn't even have to lose weight for surgery she is so dainty in person. Her uterus was even dainty, only weighed a pound.

And Becky really wanted this bed guize, so she had to get it.

Gorl, let's just gather some loose hay and wrap it in a bedsheet, and call it a night.

I mean, what else would the bankruptcy court be able to do? AL's debts will be for medical treatment and years worth of consumer goods and restaurant meals - i.e. not stuff that can be repossessed. The bank doesn't want her gross old used tarps and Becky's Nickelodeon collectibles. She's unemployable and if she were told her future earnings would be garnished to pay her debts, she'd probably just demonetize her channel and go down the SSDI road.

Forgiven debt only becomes taxable income if it is outside bankruptcy (ie a creditor gives you a break on a bill). A chapter 7 gives you a fresh start; a chapter 13 does the same for unsecured debt after the payment plan is finished. If AL even makes half of what she says, she’ll never pass the means test for a Chapter 7. I doubt AL has a CC or one with a very high limit. She likely saved some cash during March and April when shit was shut down and I still believe she is leasing the bed rather than buyeen it straight out.

I don't know. DSP makes over $100k a year and got his Ch 7 approved, while claiming monthly business expenses of $5k, even though it's clear he's spending no where near that amount streaming games. I have no faith in our bankruptcy system anymore.
