For those of us following the WATA Games grading controversy, here's a lengthy article digging deeper into WATA's fuckery.
The tl;dr is that the journo that wrote this story just happens to be a sealed and graded game collector that allegedly purchased three WATA graded games from one of WATA's directors without realising it, and only made the connection when a post-it note with the director's email address fell out of a box in which one of the journo's recently purchased graded games was delivered.
Bear in mind this was after WATA went on the record and said that their employees weren't allowed to sell any WATA-graded games they may own as it would be a conflict of interest.
I'm not copying and pasting this article because it's too long, but I did archive it.
Edit: An archive of some of said director's current eBay listings at at the time of posting (selling under username m*s*h).
