Yes, this is why so many bitch about the fucking story 95% of the time.Do people not understand what the point of a video game generally is?
Very much considered buying this due to the good graphics and music even though the humour was mostly fucking terrible but I stopped when I read his twitter and it was full of the usual social justice whining. So, the upcoming EarthBound-inspired indie RPG #10000, otherwise known as Knuckle Sandwich, has decided to add the revolutionary feature of giving you the option to skip battles — you know, the main thing these types of games are based around — and still earn XP for the sake of “accessibility and replayability”. In other words, you can still get rewarded for not playing the fucking game.

The only people who would actually benefit from this are scrubs and lazy journos. I’m sure that in the future, game devs will remove the ability to do anything but walk for the sake of “accessibility“, and who knows, maybe you won’t even be able to do that.

The smart thing to do would for them to take a cue from EarthBound and let you automatically win the battle if your group is overpowered. It's not that strange, programming something interactive with visual results is a good way to get into programming without getting bored. You wouldn't believe how uninterested kids are in making SQL front-ends for my DVD collection. So Elon Musk said something a bit weird: https://www.inc.com/minda-zetlin/elon-musk-programming-coding-video-games-tesla.html
So STEAM is apparently on board with the whole "Latinx" shit because they are having a "Latinx Festival" from the 21st to the 23rd

Yea, um, not so sure it's working out for them this time...They do this sort of thing because the platform makes a whole lot of money selling sex-weird garbage games to various woke degnerates.
They don't want to be declared a Literal Hitler and lose out on sales of the visual novel "Genderfluid Transracial Ponyfucker Extravaganza 5".
I'm pretty certain that Latinos wouldn't take too kindly to a bunch of gringos butchering the Spanish language. So STEAM is apparently on board with the whole "Latinx" shit because they are having a "Latinx Festival" from the 21st to the 23rd

It's not to appease them, latin americans can't afford to spend 600,000 pesos on video game anyway.I'm pretty certain that Latinos wouldn't take too kindly to a bunch of gringos butchering the Spanish language.
