I always wonder how the pitches go in these meetings where out-of-touch suits listen to DRM devs about why they should go add anti-tamper into games that haven't been touched for a literal decade. Wonder if this'll be yet another example in the list of games where pirates end up with the best version. Haven't heard of Enigma before.

I'm seeing Suicide Squad screenshots doing the rounds on Discord showing the atrocious UI that looks like they took the Elden Ring UX memes and made them a reality.

I'd post it, but most of the screenshots are low quality.

I have been watching some videos about TES Oblivion on YouTube. I never owned a 360 PS3 or PC capable of playing modern games back then. I was still playing Morrowind on the old Xbox. That's how I played 3D then, on consoles. So, I figured since I have Skyrim and have played a little of that I would try Oblivion. Morrowind would be my most played Elder Scrolls game though. I probably played like 100 hours or more of it on the original Xbox. I know people have dumped more time into Morrowind but for me putting 100-200 hours into a game is a lot. I think I played MGS V for a little over 300 hours.

I'm thinking of trying some graphics mods for Oblivion. I bought Morrowind as well and have the graphics extender and the code patch downloaded. I remember seeing all those videos with Morrowind modded on YouTube years ago. Mods trying to make Morrowind look better. I am still trying to figure out the best graphics mods for Oblivion. I can deal with the clunky gameplay of Oblivion. But the game does look a bit dated.

I think the only Capcom game I own on Steam is the original RE4 they released on Steam in 2014. I think it's a remaster. I bought it a while back during a Steam sale.

According to randos on Reddit, the reason for this is because someone was using a Chun Li nude mod at a high profile fighting game tournament. So Capcom have decided to crack down on mods of all kinds.

Heaven forbid people have fun and use a mod to look at a woman naked.

Even if her face looks like someone stretched it back with some clothespins
 
Somehow, SMITE, out of all games, will be getting a sequel. The game will have a closed Alpha this Spring, but the release date is still TBA. 25 Gods will be included on launch, with the entire God roster being eventually ported over, and some of the skins from the first SMITE game so far will plan to be carried over too, with some exceptions. Any purchased gems from SMITE 1 will be transferred to 2, as "Legacy Gems", which will be worth half the value of the presumed new Gem currency in 2.

The big question though, is will this end up being more like CS2, or OW2?

The more I see of Palworld I do wonder how long its gimmick of pokemon with guns will last but I am certainly intrigued.
 
Is Celeste really as pozzed as they say it is? It's in a Humble Bundle that looks good & cheap, and if I buy it, I'll wind up with a copy of it. The gameplay sounds good, but I don't wanna bother if it's gonna be all "TrAnZ LiVeZ MaTt3R!!!1" every now and then.

If it's no good, I'll give the code to @SSj_Ness as a prank. Ssssshhhhhhhhhh, no one tell him.

AFAIK it was all retroactive cope/grift that came well after the release and attention.

Afaik it's mostly just that the devs added a trans flag to the main characters desk and confirmed that the main character is supposedly trans. Not sure if there's anything in the game proper that brings it up.
