Aren't new games basically requiring DLSS/FSR nowadays? I remember a buddy complaining that Expedition 33 forced you to use some upscaling with no truly off option
No? Some games condense their anti-aliasing and upscaling setting into one dial because DLSS/FSR/XeSS also handle anti-aliasing as well as upscaling. If you set the render scale to 100% then you're getting that anti-aliasing while rendering the source image at native res (this is a good thing because DLSS/FSR/XeSS are both superior at anti-aliasing compared to standard TAA).

Been playing Just Cause 3 recently again, thanks to Square Enix actually doing something good and removing Denuvo and adding cloud saves, so now I'm working through and beating the game for once and for all on my Steam Deck.
Just beat that myself, it's a good time. If you don't care about story continuity I'd suggest doing the first mission of each DLC to get the OP but fun weapons and gadgets each one gives.

I usually do the 1st mission of the Air DLC, just (be)cause, it's obvious that the games are usually structured around air superiority as a means of both traversal and combat. the 2nd DLC mission usually takes a bit to travel to, though Mechs are usually very cool. Never did the 3rd mission though, as with my old playthroughs they tend to get wiped when I monkey around with OS changes and Square was just that retarded to not include Steam Cloud Saves to the game and I never beat it due to restarting it over

I don't go out my way to play bad games, so I want to say that Duke Nukem Forever is the worst game I've played. Asterisk, because DNF is a high profile game that comes to mind. I've played shovelware from Wii, bad licensed cash ins, even crappy mobile games. Actually, maybe Black Ops 7 would be the worst game I've played all-around. At least DNF can be found for cheap.

From the makers of RTS "Syrian Warfare" comes "Ukrainian Warfare: Gostomel Heroes"
It just came out so idk how it is but it has free demo and i had fun in the 1st game i will replay it soon™
it portrays the events of the first days of this war with full seriousness—from the moment of the brilliant Russian airborne assault on the outskirts of Kiev, to the time when the war seemed poised to end with the signing of a draft peace agreement in Istanbul in March 2022.
Sounds like zigger cope simulator 2026
Edit: Dev is Russian so this is unsurprising

Playing Subliminal Episode 1 because I was sick today. It's kinda but not really of a sequel to Superliminal but the only thing it has in common with that game is the narrator. So far it's like Luto but not as good.

Im out of shit to play once i finished Titan Quest 2 EA
is there anything fun that came out recently? Is that crimson desert game is good? i seen conflicting reports
