I love Celeste and still haven't finished all the original content (Collecting all the hearts, because I refuse to look anything up)
I was avoiding info about the final chapter, but I saw a post about it today that kind of turned me off of the game. Not sure if its true or not, but if it is it's a big oof and a permanent mar on one of my favorite games for the sake of some internet points.

Noob question, but anyone have any idea where the hell I can find and play the SNES Nintendo Switch app?

I searched for the SNES games in the NES online app, no luck.

I searched the Eshop for the app. Got a bunch of nonsense. Games like Super fucking Meatboy popped up, but no SNES app.

I am finding everywhere that it was released on September 5th. It is the 11th now. Am I stupid or is this thing delayed?

For future reference, you can sort the eShop by price and just set it to look for free stuff.

I was fairly surprised they did a SNES app this early, I figured Game Boy would be next.

And yeah, I thought they were gonna go the Gameboy route for the next virtual console app. But SNES kind of makes sense considering it was the next home console from Nintendo in the lineup.

Maybe they'll bring back Gameboy support on their DS lineup?

I was wondering why the PS4 has been rather quiet lately but tonight they just dumped a fuckload of stuff on Death Stranding and like a gazillion JRPGs.

I think the Grandia collection and Trials of Mana are both getting physical releases on PS4.

Also the Tales of Arise trailer showed gameplay, they entirely overhauled the Tales series with a new engine and everything.

Anyone here wish for a Full Spectrum Warrior reboot? I played the only two games back when they first came out on the original Xbox and at first I hated it because I was expecting a third person shooter set in the Iraq Invasion but afterwords the game itself was really cool. I think a reboot set during the Syrian Civil War and the Iraqi spillover would be a great setting. Perhaps made by the guys who made the new Xcom games.

Anything made by Pandemic deserves a sequel/reboot. Mercenaries, Destroy All Humans (although the upcoming remaster is a good start), The Saboteur, and a Battlefront that doesn't suck.

I'm having a really hard time getting back into Dota 2 after three years of hiatus. My friends have 3 times my gametime, there's a ton of new shit and generally i feel like an old boomer being left behind. Does anyone have a few suggestions/good channels/sources/guides for getting back into it? I just end up doing fuck all during the match and it's really frustrating me, and surely my friends too. Playing solo is not an option because of trolls and russians.

It was great actually and Carmack's car stories were insane, first 20-30 minutes is mainly about VR but then it opens up.

I love Punch-Out. I don't know if there's much to talk about but it was a brilliantly produced series.

Anyway I can't believe it but I'm actually interested in the new Call of Duty. Definitely gonna download the Open Beta Tommorow. I know it won't be my dream shooter it is COD after all but bigger Battlefield-esque multiplayer and tactical MP has me interested. And I haven't had a COD game since the first Black Ops.

It's just I have a competitive MP shooter itch to fill and it feels like going with a solid mainstream game is a better alternative than trying to be defiant and play indie alternatives that die in a few months.

So my local FG community is throwing a throwback tournament and one of the games is Tekken Tag Tournament 2. TTT2 is one of my favorite games of all time.
