Video Games you are looking forward to in 2024 - Is there anything to be excited by?

The only three games I'm looking forward to don't have set release dates: Dreamsettler, Forgebeast, and Silksong. I don't think they've even had news to speak of in months now, so god knows when they're coming out, but I think Dreamsettler got some vague confirmation of late 2024/early 2025 on one of the devs' Twitters so I'm counting it.

I certainly hope so. The Space Marine lore has so much potential for great games.

honestly for the first year in my life, nothing. Space Marine 2 would be the one thing, but the tranny writer has me demoralized. The only "game" I'm looking forward to now is more WoW: Season of Discovery. There isn't a single full release that I truly want to play.
 
I’m going to be the lowest tier of basic, bitch gamer imaginable and say that I’m looking forward to the next COD.

The Gulf War seems like a cool setting, and I enjoyed Cold War.

more fan translations of games from 25+ years ago to come out. other than that? Yakuza 8 is probably the only game I'm going to buy this year. Alone in the Dark Remake, Silent Hill 2 Remake, and FF7R2 are games ill play at some point. Until I typed this I didn't realize the only other new games I'm even considering playing is remakes of shit I already like. if dragon quest 12 comes out ill buy that too but that's about it.
 
DD2 because I'll probably get it on console and mods only matter for PC releases. Suck it.
If Brigador Killers comes out this year it will count.

Actually, the King Arthur RPG is getting a Roman expansion. That could be kind of neat. I thought the best game was extremely good but way bloated and poorly balanced. If they fix those problems, it could stand to be the best Hungarian dark fantasy tactics RPG about British mythology set in the late Roman Empire ever made.
 
Everything I'm looking forward to are either niche or indie.
1. Under Night in-birth 2 (Which is next week)
2. Danmaku Kagura (Next month)
3. Heaven Seeker
4. Duel Corp
5. Magic Chaos
6. Synduality (I can't believe I saw someone else looking forward to this)

Just one. WRATH. It's been over four fucking years, and the wait ends in a little more than a month. If it turns out to be shit then I'm officially giving up on new shooter releases.

Hope the psx port of SMT 2 finally gets a english translation.
As for games i am excited for its only Peripeteia and deltarune chapter 3.

Hold still while I cave your skull in. Wrath is the only redeemable shooter from the flood of retro-styled garbage that came after nuDoom's release.
